This toy's main purpose is for vaginal stimulation, and I must say, WOW! It is also very good at vaginal stimulation and anywhere you like vibrations, really. I would not, however, use this toy anally because it has no hand handle or flared base and could get easily lost in there (a trip to the ER that i'm sure nobody wants to make!).
