A Fairly Good Prognosis for Dr. Vibe.
Dr. Vibe is the only double-penetration, triple-stimulation wand massager attachment I know about, and for that fact alone it's worth picking up. The clit brush is a smidgen too short, so the anal rattle might be giving you an external massage instead of an internal one---but this attachment feels incredible either way. The material is a mystery, but it carries vibrations so well that you won't believe it until you feel it---there are even two resonant frequencies to knock your socks off.
Published:
Pros
Triple stimulation, vibrations carry like a dream, adds new life at resonant frequency.
Cons
Mystery material+poor customer service, smidge small for inserted triple stimulation.
USE
I'm quite new to the world of wand-style massagers, but I knew even before I made my purchase that I wanted an insertable attachment for my soon-to-be wand. Because double penetration is one of my favorite sensations, when I saw that there was a double-penetration, triple-stimulation attachment on the market, I knew that Dr. Vibe would be the attachment for me. That presented me with the Fairy Mini, Fairy Mini---Rechargeable Version, Mystic Wand, and Mystic Wand---Rechargeable Version as wand options. In order to thank Media Craft Inc. (aka Merci Toys) for making a double penetration attachment, I decided to choose their corded option, the Fairy Mini.
Dr. Vibe is intended for female double penetration, with a brush-type clitoral stimulator, a broad "cobra hood" vaginal insert, and a "rattle" anal insert. It can also be adapted for male use or for those who don't want anal penetration---the "rattle" can rest between the cheeks while (for a man) the "cobra hood" slips into the anus and the clit brush stimulates the perineum, or (for a woman) the "cobra hood" nestles in the vagina and the clit brush gives more attention to the clit.
CONSTRUCTION
I'm not sure what Dr. Vibe is made of. Eden's product page lists it as silicone, but this is incorrect. The material is transparent pink with embedded glitter, it is much too flexible to be silicone, and it failed the 'match test'. The packaging was 100% in Japanese. I hunted down the manufacturer's webpage (which was surprisingly difficult) and they do not publicly list the material for any of their attachments. I emailed Merci Toys asking "what material is used for the pink glitter version of Dr. Vibe, and how should it be properly cleaned?". I was told "Cleaning for the Dr. Vibe is straightforward. Just warm water and soap works." I replied, "Thanks for the info on cleaning---can you confirm the material as well?" and was told "We do not support inquiries" because I did not purchase the attachment directly from them. This left me a little frustrated, and I would not give Merci Toys high marks for customer service. Their response was prompt, but lacking information.
I believe Dr. Vibe is made of a TPR or TPE blend. It is quite flexible and squishable (as demonstrated in the video review), and is odorless. Because it is odorless, I am confident that it does not contain phthalates, so I am comfortable using it without a condom. But because it can't be sterilized, I will never share it, and I will always be careful to wash it immediately after use before the anal "rattle" has a chance to come into contact with the vaginal "cobra hood." I haven't tested any lubricants for compatibility yet, but to prevent any material incompatibilities, I'd stick to water-based lube. I've been storing this in a Ziplock bag separate from all my other toys.
I was surprised, when I received the Dr. Vibe, at how small it was. The head, naturally, is the correct size to fit over the 1.75" dia head of the Fairy Mini wand. The cobra hood is shorter than my pointer finger, though, and so is the rattle. When I picked it up, I was skeptical that the cobra hood would reach my g-spot, or even feel very good at all. I was so mistaken! The thick part of the cobra hood means it's firm along the correct axis, so it reaches right in and goes to town. The vaginal insert is a huge success! There's also no danger of catching your pubic bone, for women who worry about that, thanks to the elliptical design. I was also concerned that the rattle would be too short to stay in---and sadly, I was half right about that. My clit is quite close to my vaginal opening, but the clit brush of Dr. Vibe is so short (teleclitoridiennes will not have any success with it) that I have to pull "up" to get full clitoral stimulation---and then the rattle pulls out. Luckily, the rattle keeps on vibrating even if it's not inserted, and I've discovered that a nice external anal massage can be very rewarding in its own right.

Experience
PERFORMANCE
Dr. Vibe does everything an attachment should---it stays in place during use, but it's easy both to put on and to take off the head of the Fairy Mini. And it carries vibrations. Me oh my, does it carry vibrations.
The material, whatever it may be, is quite good at its primary goal. Heroically good, even. I had expected a soft attachment to dull the unbelievably strong Fairy Mini wand's vibrations to 'believable, but still durn'd strong' levels. I was wrong---with Dr. Vibe attached, the Fairy Mini still blows me out of the water on medium. Vibe queens might dare to turn this up to high, but they'll be a liquified puddle of orgasm in just minutes.
One of the neatest features of Dr. Vibe, in my opinion, was the fact that the material has two resonant frequencies in the range of the Fairy Mini. So it buzzes along through low and medium-low, transferring delicious stimulation to all of your genital nerve ending bundles, and then suddenly it's vibrating so much that, if not inserted, the rattle will be whipping back and forth at the pace of the motor! This happens again at almost-top-speed. Using Dr. Vibe at its medium resonant frequency is an experience I don't even have words for, but it's an experience that I hope you get to have, too. This setting is where I don't care whether the rattle is in or out, because the massage it provides even when it's out is world-changing.
FINAL THOUGHTS
I have mixed feelings about Dr. Vibe. I'm frustrated that the clit stimulator wasn't longer, so that it could satisfy a majority of women. I'm frustrated that the anal rattle isn't long enough to stay in place. I'm frustrated that the manufacturer is so secretive about the material.
But I'm in love with the sensations it brings me. And that's hard to argue with.
We may have a love-hate relationship, Good Doctor, but I'll definitely be keeping you by my bedside.
