The love drop sure is powerful for such a small bullet! It has four settings, with the lowest being rather strong. There are no vibration patterns, so each setting is merely a change in the strength of the vibrations. It is also very quiet and can hardly be heard even when it's on its highest setting. Even at its loudest it is in no way close to being able to be heard through a closed door, and any noises that it does make can easily be muted. Between the shape of the bullet and the power of the vibrations, it can be difficult to maneuver, so I can't see it getting much use for stimulating other areas of the body.
