My husband has taken the liberty to explain that I have a quirk when it comes to having a complete set of anything. So, this was the next toy that I wanted in the I-Tap line. I am still amazed at the technology of it, but it does still need some work on perfecting the toy for the optimal experience.
This is the second bullet I have had experience with. I will say that this is a good choice for beginners. It is extremely easy to use and has absolutely no intimidation factor with it. I enjoy the simplicity of the whole I-Tap line.
The bullet itself gave just the right vibrations and the right combinations of vibrations. It is stronger then the other bullet I have tried, but it is not uncomfortable or overwhelming in stimulation that it provides. The sensations for clitorial play was a wonderful addition to our experience. This could also be used for any sensitive area for added sensations, for example, on your nipples.
This toy is great for couples to play with, but it is perfect for solo play. The control base is thin plastic and very light. You hold it like you would a small remote control to a TV. The placement of the "touch" portion that controls everything is conveniently placed towards the top of the tear-drop shaped control base. Please be aware that while you are putting in the batteries, not touch the "touch me" spot on the control base. This will cause it to reset and it will not start until you take out the batteries and try placing them again. The batteries are easy to put in. You do so by just sliding open the battery compartment.
There are a few improvements that would have made this toy better, but they are few. The first thing is that the cord is something that you need to stay aware of, whether it be because of excess pulling which causes damage to the toy or that the cord is long enough that it does get in the way at times.
Another issue is that because of the design, it is very easy to change settings. This usually would occur at the least opportune time. I will admit that there is nothing wrong with getting to that "edge", but after a while you really do just want the toy to help you leap off that edge. This can become frustrating.
The last thing is that the bullet is on the louder side, and when you go through the settings, there is an apparent rattling sound that accompanies some of those settings. It is not bad, but it could be distracting. I did seem to favor the second setting the most because it had less rattling of a rattling to it and the vibration was just right. The last setting was my least favorite and it was only because it sounded and felt like a car sputtering while in park. This setting was not my cup of tea.
I would recommend this toy to both beginners and more experienced users, leaving it more suitably constructed for the beginners. I believe that advanced users would like the vibrations that this toy puts out and the technology behind the toy, but I am sure that it would be less enjoyable for them as a "go-to" toy.
I am glad that I have this added to our collection. While it may not get used all the time, it will be one that gets pulled out occasionally because of its ease of use.
