A Boring Bunny
For a first rabbit vibe this wasn't terrible, but its PVC construction and entry-level mediocrity left me wondering "What's the hype?"
Published:
Pros
Inexpensive, easy to use, hilarious face on tip
Cons
Porous material, rigid, smells funny
This is the first rabbit vibrator I ever tried, and to be honest I couldn't see what the hype was about. That's probably because this extremely basic toy can't even possibly compare to some of the more well-made, feature-rich rabbits hopping around out there.
It is made of PVC, and as such is porous, smells funny, and feels sticky. Always use a condom on a toy like this - which is difficult given that it's sort of impossible to keep the "rabbit" part safely covered. You may use whatever lube you like with this, and you will likely need quite a bit whether you decide to condom it or not - the material is rather sticky-feeling. Wash it in hot water with soap or use toy cleaning wipes/fluid. This cannot be sterilized, boiled, put in the dishwasher, or autoclaved.
The length is about 8" in total, with about 5.5" insertable. I don't have anything bad to say about this as an insertion toy, but be aware that it is not flexible in the shaft like some rabbit toys are - this is a rigid toy. The PVC material is basically a sleeve over a plastic vibrator, so be aware that if you use this in the shower (it is stated as being waterproof) it can trap water and (ew) bacteria under there. I advise ignoring the whole "waterproof" thing and just leaving this one out of the bathroom.
It is not as noisy as other rabbit vibes with more moving parts. In my experience, it has about the same intensity as a standard "stick" vibrator or a powerful bullet - not "OH GOD HOLY CRAP" powerful, but definitely not too weak to use. All-around I'd say this is pretty average.
All in all this wasn't incredibly disappointing - the vibrations were powerful enough and it did not reek as badly as many jelly toys - but it didn't live up to the Rabbit Vibe hype when I bought it on my first foray into the hunt for the elusive Best Bunny Ever years ago.

Experience
My favorite thing about this vibrator, that I still remember years after it fell out of service and failed to work, is that there's a silly face under the "head" of the penis shaped tip. For all its shortcomings, remembering the day I discovered that about this vibe makes me smile every time.
Follow-up commentary
4 days after original review
I didn't feel there was a totally correct option for whether I still like this or not, given that my original opinion was firmly "meh." But I guess, given a sense of nostalgia, that it has kind of colored my vision rose-tinted. And thinking about the hilarious face under the head makes me smile all these years later. So yeah, I guess overall, the longer I had this toy the more I did like it—and, to be honest, it did outlast most of the rabbits I've tried, given that it's very simply constructed, so there you have it!
