Wiggly bows
I had a pair of thigh highs just like these many years ago, but they are long gone. When I saw these, I wanted to have those stockings back in my life! These aren't as great as the pair I used to have that looked almost exactly like them, but they'll do. I just wish the bow would stay still!

Pros
Available in one size and queen size, bows are cute, fabric feels fairly durable for hosiery
Cons
The bows wiggle and aren't very secure, thighs roll down
These stockings come packaged pretty typically; there was a plastic sleeve sort of just pulled down over the cardboard sleeve that these came in.
When I took these out of the package I noticed that they look very opaque, not at all sheer. I wish the bows were stitched on more securely, because as soon as I pulled these on the bow started wiggling around and ended up sideways. The bows are stitched on by a thread. I could try to stitch them on more securely myself, but I'd be afraid of snagging the tights.
I decided to order these in the queen size, rather than one size, since I thought they might fit more comfortably. I am tall and have thicker thighs, and I find that the thigh bands on hosiery is often too snug for me. The size fits me comfortably enough but I don't think that these would stretch to accommodate someone who is plus sized as well as they should, since they are plus sized. My thighs are around 20" wide; that is not that big, but it is big enough that one size stockings tend to be too tight. The thighs on these actually roll down on me a bit, and it's not because they are too big, they are not. You would want to wear these with a garter to keep them from constantly rolling down. I'm sitting still right now writing this review, wearing these stockings, and the thighs keep rolling back. One thing that is strange to me is these seem to fit lengthwise, like they could be longer or something...but maybe that is because they keep rolling around and I keep having to pull them up higher. I just tried on a pair of one size stockings that I got from Seven Til' Midnight, and those fit more comfortably in length and overall fit.
I would not say the fabric of these is dry, but it is not as silky to the touch as other stockings that I have. Though, the fabric is opaque, and it seems a little bit more thick and durable than some of my other tights and stockings. These seem like they wouldn't tear as easily, or snag quickly, like other stockings.
My biggest issue with these is easily the wiggly bows! If I'm wearing stockings with bows on them, I don't want the bows to be moving side to side and upside down all day! I wish they would stay in place, I might have to try stitching them into place better after all.
