I received Dream Girl's Oh So Sweet Cami and Thong on a black plastic hanger with their name printed on it. No packaging, information, or pictures came with the set. The Cami itself is more like a bustier than the camisoles I have.


The Cami and Thong have a white background with small black polka-dots. It feels nice like smooth nylon to the touch and is opaque. All edges are trimmed in a black mesh ruffle. The straps and garters are black too. There are 2 vertical seams placed at the center of each breast running down the front from the shoulder straps. There is a seam on each side and 2 vertical seams at the back about the same distance from the side seams as are the front seams.


The fabric is gathered at each seam creating a nice gathered effect all the way around the whole Cami. The back area of the Cami from each of the 2 back seams is all white, opaque, and gathered as well. Other than the straps, elasticized seams, and garters, this is the only part of the Cami that stretches. The center of the 2 white panels is where the Cami closure is - a vertical hook and eye closure.


A sheer mesh black ruffle about 1/4" wide runs all the way around on all edges of the Cami. The ruffle on the Thong is only sewn to the top elastic strip encircling the body including the front and back panels. The Thong fabric is slightly gathered too. And it is the same fabric and pattern as the Cami.


The Cami has adjustable shoulder straps of firm black elastic 1/4" wide. A black sheer satin bow is attached to the center of the top front edge of the Cami. 4 detachable and adjustable garters attach at the 2 front seams and 2 back seams. The front top edge is pretty much straight across dipping downward toward the underarms. From there, it continues a downward direction till it meets the top of the back which is then straight across.


The bottom front edge of the Cami is lower than the sides and back. It measures 14" from top to bottom. Then it moves up to the sides by about 1/2" and flows up till it's about 2 1/2" at the 2 solid white back panels of the back. The length at the sides is 11 1/2" and the back is 9 1/2". There is no bust underwire support, nor is there any padding. Also, there is no seam under the breasts.



Oh So Sweet Cami and Thong are very well made. The seams are straight and even. And, they are all reinforced. All 6 vertical seams of the Cami - 2 front; 2 side; 2 back are elasticized just enough to create the gathering. The sheer mesh black ruffle has a seam along the top edge all the way around the Cami and top elastic band of the Thong creating a perfect ruffle. The bottom edge of the Cami has the same ruffle and effect.


The polka-dot fabric does not stretch. However, it does allow plenty of room for the breasts. The 2 back white panels do stretch left to right and from top to bottom. Only the side to side stretch has any effect on the Cami's fit, though.


I ordered a size large which fit me perfectly. My body measurements are as follows:
5'5"; 148-153 lbs.; Bra size 38 C/D; top half of my body I wear a somewhat flared snug fit, medium-large or size 10; snug fit of skirt/shorts/jeans size 8/10.

The fabric of the Cami and Thong is 100% polyester. Cleaning of the garments is pretty basic: hand wash in cold water and line dry. The garments are made in China.


The Thong fabric front panel is an offset triangle of 5 1/2" in width at the top edge sloping down to 1 1/2" wide in the crotch and then sloping to the top of the back which is 3" in width at the top edge. The back piece is also an offset triangle. A single black stretchy elastic strap circles around each leg. The top band of the Thong is a single strip of stretchy black elastic with a sheer mesh ruffle attached. There is an adequate size piece of white fabric for the inside of the crotch area. It's a full undie that covers from the front up through to the back at the hips.

I wasn't sure I'd like the polka-dots on me as much as I liked the look on the product page model. I had a little concern that they might be too big after I ordered it but I still wanted the Oh So Sweet Cami - the Thong I could do without. I don't wear the Thong even though it's cute. As it turns out, I do like the look and fit of the Cami. I do need bust support so I wear a strapless bra with the Cami. Wearing it paired with a black skirt or black jeans is sexy. And sometimes I wear a black shrug with the Cami.

I love this camisole. I enjoy wearing it nightclubing. I've even worn it to go shopping or out for a movie, dressing it down with a pair of jeans. It looks so simple yet sexy at the same time. And, it has held up well even after hand washing. I still won't wear the thong - no thanks.
