Too small
Dissapointing because they're too tight around the thighs, don't stay up. Need to be roomier in the thigh area, but the material is good. Ladies, if you're a size 6 or above, I don't see how these could reasonably fit well.

Pros
Good, stretchy material.
Cons
Too tight on the thigh, no applique.
My fiancee' already has a black corset that she loves, and well, I love too. However, she has had trouble finding stockings that fit. We have tried several different styles but none that really worked for the both of us.
The original corset she bought came with a pair of stockings that were too tight, so we threw those out and bought some fishnets. These fishnets fit well and stayed up, but personally, I'm not a huge fan of fishnets. I'd rather have smooth stockings or socks. Something about fishnets just screams "skanky" or "cheap" to me.
So we purchased these thigh highs in hopes that they would complete her sexy look in the corset. First, the price on these stockings is great. Affordable for nearly everyone and a cheap way to get a sexy look. Upon arrival, the stockings looked great and they were exactly the material I was looking for. Smooth, and felt nice to the touch, just what I was looking for on her legs. However, these do not have any applique at the top to keep them up, not that that matters because the corset has those little clips to keep the stockings pulled up and in place. But these are just too small for us to use. My fiancee' is not large by any means, but she is a former soccer player so her thighs aren't petite. Again her thighs are not huge, so unless you're a size 4 or under, I don't see how these things could fit. The stockings are very stretchy and fit well until they get above the knee. They do, if you're not moving, stay in place, but eventually roll down the thigh, which does not make for a very sexy look. If these were just a little bit bigger or roomier around the thighs they'd be perfect. If it's possible, a "queen" size in these might do the trick.

I'm sorry these didn't work out for you
However, I have semi-muscular legs too, and just about every pair of stockings I have tends to roll down if not clipped onto a garter belt or corset. If you end up still having problems after getting a bigger size, you might try getting a garter belt or corset that has more clips - they usually come with 2 per leg, but you can get ones with 4 and 6 that help more Hope that helps
Saying a size 4 or 6 doesn't help because that is a waist or dress size. You would need to provide a measurement of the stockings or your partners thighs for that to be useful.
Also, sorry for the confusion on the numbers. What I meant was, that if you are a size 6 or above, these likely won't fit. And also, if you're the next size down...which is a size 4, or under, they might work for you.
I realize that the sizes refer to waste, but generally that size is related to the rest of your body. I know that's not true for all women, but just saying.
Down to the point, if you even think you might possibly have larger than rail-thin model legs, I don't see how these would fit.
Can I also say I don't have rail-thin model legs and these fitted me fine? I appreciate they were tight for your lady, which is disappointing, but they're by no means unusually small or tight for stay-ups in my opinion.
