Too Much Give
If it weren't for the band cup ratio being off for this bra, I'd be giving it 5 stars even if it didn't fit me perfectly. The price is great and the quality is too. This is comparable to some of my mid-grade Victoria's Secret bras (the ones without gel, water, memory foam etc.). It is cute and can be paired with many things. I would buy based on your band size if you have large breasts. If you have small ones, you might not have as much of a problem.

Pros
Very nice quality, Well molded cups for kissable cleavage, Cute ruffles/pattern
Cons
Band runs large, Straps too stretchy, Band/cup ratios
My partner got this for me thinking it was a set. From the pictures and the way they are presented on the site, I would have thought that too, but it's not true. It also says BRA & PANTY set underneath the name. False advertising? You have to read the description to see that this is a one piece item. I love the velvet bow and mesh items from Coquette. The pattern is super adorable and flirty. This bra is well put together and uses really good materials. The quality is high, but it's not even close to competing with my army of Victoria Secret bras. It's more on par with Candie's quality. The design and sizing could use some tweaking, but for the price, this is a cute item that can be paired with a variety of other items.

~Padded underwire bra
Again, this is NOT a set. You get a padded and molded cupped bra with traditional closure. It comes in two color options, black with black bow pattern, or pink with black bow pattern. It comes in sizes S, M, L, and XL that are supposed to fit the following:
S- B cup, 34-36" bust
M- B cup, 36-38" bust
L- C cup, 38-40" bust
XL- D cup, 42-44" bust
I disagree...
Made in China.
*Material: Excellent, high quality
The bra is made of 80% nylon and 20% spandex, exclusive of the trim. There are a few places that have velvet. There is also mesh and lace ruffles. The bra has an inner padding that is very thick and feels like that of many bras I have tried. All of the materials are very soft with the exception of one piece of trim that lines the inner part of the cup. It does not make contact with the skin due to a lining of mesh beneath it. The underwire is metal and very sturdy. The bra is very light weight despite all the trim and padding.
*Design/craftsmanship: Pretty good
For the most part, this bra is designed how you would expect it to be like many other bras on the market right now. The cups are demi pushups with a high middle part. If you wear V necks like I do, this will likely show (if you wear low V necks, anyways). Compared to another bra from Victoria's Secret, this part measures an inch longer! It is what gives it a more full coverage look on the model. Comparing the two bras, this one lies more flat. But that may be because my bra is supposed to fit a D cup and this supposedly fits a B.
The cups have a double layer of mesh and are the only parts of the bra that have the velvet bow pattern. It is subtle, but better seen in certain light. In between the cups in a small black velvet bow. The top of the cups have a few different layers. A thin doily like lace is the first layer and underneath that is a longer trim of mesh.
The insides of the cups are molded like the bra I am comparing it to. They are at the perfect 45 degree angle for kissable cleavage. They also occupy half of the cup making them also push the breasts up. I am impressed by the construction and quality of the padding considering the price. My Victoria's Secret bra was $45. The sides and back straps have a more satin like material and appearance. They are a good thickness and are shaped like those on my other bra and most of my bras. The straps are also covered with velvet matching the center bow. The back has double eye and hook closures with three different sizing options.
*Cleaning/care/storage: Hand wash, Padded hanger
The tag says to hand wash, but I have put mine through a cool light cycle on my washer. I did hang to dry, though. It comes on a nice padded hanger.

Experience
*Sizing/fit: Band/cup ratio is off
I bought this bra based on the band sizing. In the past, my breasts have not always fit into a piece when the rest of my body does. The bust tends to run small on their underwired pieces. I know that according to the size chart that is given, I would need an XL for my 36 D breasts, but if a band is too big, the bust is not going to matter. I'll be pulling it down to no end. This is why I went with a M.
Given Chart: For the large - fairly true to size
S- B cup, 34-36" bust
M- B cup, 36-38" bust
L- C cup, 38-40" bust
XL- D cup, 42-44" bust
The above is the conversion chart for European sizes. It shows that what I bought is around a 36 B. I still don't agree. The cups are not horrible at fitting a size D. It is clear that a size C is best for the M, however. I say this because I do spill over slightly (creates an indent) if I place them over the padding correctly. Seen below...
If I simply put the bra on and don't pull my breasts up to the position they should be in, my breasts still don't peak out the bottom. The band and straps are way too stretchy for me. I like my breasts to be secure and so I would not consider wearing this out, unless it was under a tighter top or a tank that has a built in bra band. I wear this on the smallest hook option so it must be able to fit up to about 38".
My Re-done BEST fit chart: I bought the medium, other size re-dos are guesstimates
S- A/B cup, 34-36" bust
M- C cup, 38-40" bust
L- D cup, 40-42" bust
XL- DD cup, 42-44" bust
*Conclusion: ★★★★
I am giving this bra 4 stars because I can't give it 3.5. The sizing is off, for sure. However, the quality amazes me for the price. Hell, if this fit a tad better, I'd buy half a dozen and wear them as regular bras! I know this will fit some women much better. I unfortunately and apparently have breasts that are larger than the average woman who has my band size - blessing and curse.

Follow-up commentary

I still like this bra, but I haven't found a time to really wear it. I'm trying to find a way to modify the band without compromising the support that it does have. The mesh hasn't snagged with I am very happy with.
