Too Hot For The Kitchen
The Apron Babydoll is very sexy. The coverage is a perfect ratio to the exposure. The perfect amount is covered but there is plenty of ways to access your goodies hidden inside. This is fantastic for those ladies like me with not-so-fantastic tummy areas. The breast cups could be better designed and the elastic on the edges can be extremely itchy. Overall, it is definitely worth the price tag.

The Apron Babydoll is a very cute lingerie set. It includes the babydoll and thong. This piece is extremely flexible and, because of its minimal coverage, is not restricted to a certain position.
This is a halter-top style front with a pink satin bow in the front between the breast. There is little ruffles atop of each breast, nothing extravagant, but just a little something extra. The tummy area has nothing special about it other than the pink elastic lining that surrounds the entire garment. The sides are completely open with nothing connecting other than the breast piece and the skirt. The skirt is bunched material with the bottom being trimmed in white (which I thought was weird, the entire outfit is either black or pink... Why add white lining at the bottom?). The separation between the "skirt" and tummy area has a very noticeable black hem. This babydoll has three pink "ties" that are tied in the back to hold the garment up. One around the neck is pink elastic, one around the breast line is also pink elastic and the last around your hips just above your bum is a pretty pink ribbon. The thong is sheer with a pink elastic lining, but with no extra design. It does have a very small cotton lining, which is a small plus.
Thong and Babydoll
This set is made from 100% Nylon, which is hypoallergenic. It is a black sheer material with pink ribbons and elastic. This mesh material is very itchy. After wearing this outfit for about 15 minutes, I was covered in those little red dots from the material irritating my skin. It was mostly in the areas that the piece was rubbing or pressing against my body. It is advised that you hand wash in cold water and hang up to dry. The craftsmanship is not generic at all. We tugged and pulled on this babydoll and it has not given an inch. Eventually, I could see this starting to fray, but maybe only around the armpits or around the neck. The elasticity on the pink lining is great.
Babydoll
This set only comes in One Size Fits Most. According to DreamGirl specifications One Size Fits Most should fit those ladies between B-C cups, 32-38" busts, 24-32" waists, 34-40" hips, and those between 90-160 lbs. I am a full B cup with 36" bust, 30" waist and 36" hips. I fall right dab in the middle of almost every size they recommend. This set was a little too small for my taste but it was almost identical to the fitting of the model, so it is supposed to look like that (I didn't look that fantastic though.) The thong pressed into my "love handles" and caused this extremely unattractive double hump on my hip. The babydoll was fairly easy to adjust with the ribbons controlling the size. However, the breast cups are shaped weird. If you are not blessed with either big breast or a perky set, this top will not flatter your attributes. I have never seen my breast try to fold upward (weird, I know!) but they did in this outfit. I am a full B cup and I honestly cannot see someone any bigger than that fit into these cups. In my opinion, their recommendations are a fantastic guideline (body-wise) other than the breast piece. I would suggest a full A cup or a barely B cup.
Here are the measurements of the babydoll:
Across the breast (unstretched): 13"
Center of tummy area: 5 1/2"
Skirt (ribbon to ribbon): 32"

Once you get past the sizing and itchiness, this really is a great set. As you can see in the picture, I do not have a flat belly and it was nice to not have to worry about it. I am very self-conscience about my stomach and this set helped me a lot. I absolutely love the fact there is little to no material. I wore this outfit about 3 or 4 times (only about 10-15 minute increments because it's itchy), it is great in any position you choose to get down and dirty. The skirt is super short so nothing will stop you from bumping.

Experience
My husband likes this set because the sides are open. He loves to grab my sides while he is thrusting. He also liked that the breast piece had just enough stretch that he could allow the girls out to play. I think this set would have looked cuter if the entire set was either lined with the pink elastic OR the pink ribbon. I am not fond of this set having both, just looks tacky to me.
Follow-up commentary
4 months after original review
This babydoll has seen some serious play. While it IS starting to unravel around the elastic, it is still one of my favorites. It helps my self-esteem so much and makes me feel sexy. If this one messes up beyond repair, I will most likely order another one! I love this piece and still believe that it is the perfect addition for anyone with tummy problems. It's definitely worth the money!
