Tie this on for size!
If you want to add a good quality low cost robe set to your lingerie collection, this is definitely the item for you. It's pink, girly, and satiny.

Pros
Price, the robe
Cons
Too many ties, not the highest quality satin.
I've been reviewing lingerie on this site, and so far, I've had a 50/50 split on whether it's good. This set looked to be halfway decent from the description and pictures on the site. However, once I got it, it left me feeling underwhelmed. It came in pink tissue paper, and I always love lingerie in tissue paper. Makes it feel exciting when you lift off that soft tissue to reveal (hopefully) something deliciously soft and sexy. Not in this case. It was a little too pink for my taste, definitely a shade brighter than what is pictured on the website.
As far as the texture, I was expecting it to be just a bit softer than what it was. It wasn't scratchy by any means, but still distanced itself from some of the better satin slips I've had in the past. It comes with a padded matching hanger which is great if you like hanging up your lingerie, but I usually just make sure it's folded nicely in my lingerie drawer. The robe is good, nicely sized for being plus size lingerie, but if you have hips on the bigger end, it may not close right. It turned out to be longer than I expected, hitting mid-thigh, and I'm 5'4, so for the taller ladies, it might hit around the upper thigh. The sleeves are nice and roomy, something that is hard to find in plus size robes. It does have a long sash, so making sure it stays closed is a breeze. I was pleased with the robe as a whole. Once I got to the slip though, I was bewildered. I know some lingerie can be complicated with the ties, but I was not expecting it from this slip. I could not get it figured out on my own, and ended up needing my husband to help untangle it just so I could put it on correctly. The back is just odd, not what you would expect out of something like this. There's the upper part where the ties criss-cross over the back, and then another smaller "keyhole" like structure that also ties. I honestly think it has too many ties to deal with. Don't get me wrong, when it's done up right, it looks sexy. It's just a lot of work for someone to try to do it themselves. The fit was another thing I disliked. I'm a curvy hourglass, and it just fit weirdly. I think for someone without curves would be best suited for this, and I think the robe is the only redeeming quality for the atrocious fit of the slip.
Caring for this lingerie is easy. Wash on the delicate cycle in a lingerie bag or hand wash with a mild detergent, and then I usually just hang it up to air dry to allow it to dry without any wrinkling or bunching. The tag does say hand wash with cold water, but the key is being gentle with it. Keeping it away from sharp items is recommended as it feels like it may have a tendency to snag easily.
If you're in the mood for a decently priced robe set, this does fit the bill. Just don't expect the highest quality satin, and you shouldn't be disappointed. Overall, I'd say I'm okay with it. It definitely would be number two on my list of things I have been pleased with from Eden Fantasys selection of lingerie.
