I love the look of this fetish honeycomb bustier set. The set includes the bustier with removable garter straps, the g-string panty, and black stockings. The product description refers to this as cire trimmed honeycomb. I had to look up “cire”, and I found out it meant “having a highly glazed finish”. I would agree, the trimmed areas look almost leathery, or like the “wet look” items available. I love that look! It is very shiny and smooth, but also very thin!



At first I was really disappointed because when I tried to undo the hooks, they would not come undone. So, I thought they were only for show, which would be a major bummer! Then my husband worked at them a little, and he was able to get them open -- so they just work really hard, especially at first.

The majority of the body is made of a honeycomb netting type material that, unfortunately, looks like it will not last very long. I could be wrong -- just be careful not to snag one of the hooks on it. It is stretchy though, so that is a plus. The cire part of the straps go over your shoulders. They're then attached to a silver O ring that is attached to the adjustable straps. This all makes an “X” on your back (as you will see in the pictures). The bottom straps on the back are adjustable, but not by much, I have to set it to the smallest setting.

I have somewhat small (B/C cup depending on brand/style) breasts, with my main problem being that they are far from perky. This outfit has no boning or underwire, and it offers no support. Overall, that doesn’t seem to affect the look -- although it would probably look better on you perky girls.

I was very pleased that the garter straps are removable. The fact that they do come off can almost make it possible to wear it as a shirt, depending on where you are going and how comfortable you would feel exposing that much skin.

If you read any of my other lingerie reviews, you know I am a stickler for tags, and this lingerie outfit has big ugly tags that need to be removed, too! I have found this to be the case though with just about every piece of lingerie I have ever owned. The top of the tag states it is 100% polyester, below that it says coated polyurethane. Then, it states the net part is 94% nylon and 6% elastane. The thong is also made of 100% polyester coated polyurethane. Washing instructions for the bustier and g-string are hand wash only in cold water separately; use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. Line dry them, and do not wring or twist them. These items are made in Mexico.



The stockings are thin and kind of small on my big legs. They are nice to be included though since it will help you complete the outfit, especially if you have no other stockings.

I still like this lingerie set very much, and thankfully it is holding up nicely. The hooks are much easier to use now. I would wear it more often if it gave more support.
