I was expecting a cheap throw away with this hat. I was buying a friend some Christmas gifts. I bought her her first vibrator, a book, and this hat. I knew she was looking to take some sexy photos for her boyfriend (they were long distance) and I thought that this hat would be a cute little addition. It was cheap, and so I threw it into the cart without much thought.

I was shocked when I unwrapped this hat. It was simply folded and in a clear plastic. It definitely was not a fancy wrapping job. But the white part of the Santa hat is really high quality which is downright shocking for the price. I was expecting it to be a cheaper white material like the cheap Santa hat that you would buy at Wal-Mart. Instead, it was actually a really soft faux fur. The material was actually softer than my cat (and I have a pretty soft cat!).

The red part of the hat isn't quite as impressive, though isn't of the cheap felt material I was expecting. It was still pretty nice feeling. The words "Naughty" and "Nice" are actually embroidered really nicely. It isn’t just melted or pressed on; it really is stitched into that hat. The hat really does have two balls. Amazingly, you can’t see the little poof ball that’s on the inside when you have the other side flipped out. My only complaint would be that the balls weigh down the hat so that it’s permanently bent down and never stands up right.

I was really happily surprised by the quality of this hat. I was expecting a cheap throw away present, but it’s actually a really cute hat. While it can’t be worn around the family for the holidays (I don’t know what kind of family you have if you feel comfortable wearing a ‘Naughty’ Santa hat around your family). This is definitely a great purchase.

While I haven't gotten an opportunity to wear this much as it isn't the holiday season, I do still think it's a really high quality hat.
