The skirt I love. The top? Not so much.
This inexpensive yet sexy set will fit a wide size range due to the stretchy materials. I think the skirt is very cute, the top however is rather disappointing since it offers little shape and minimal support.

Pros
Inexpensive, Wide size range.
Cons
Shapeless, un-supporting top.
Experience
I purchased this set in the X Large sizing. The size chart lists X Large as having the following measurements (in inches):
Dress Size: 16 - 18
Bust: 41 - 44
Waist: 32½ - 34½
Hip: 44½ - 46½
This piece is definitely true to size, if not larger due to the exceptional stretch of the material. My measurements are actually smaller than the listed size, and I probably would have been able to wear the one size since I wear the skirt on my hips instead of my waist. My hips are 40" and the skirt should fit up to at least a 47" hip (or waist, should you choose to wear it higher). Since the majority of lingerie I've bought online has been smaller than the size charts, this was a nice surprise.
The size chart doesn't list a cup size, but my B-38 breasts are swimming in the top. I'm going to throw a guess that as long as your bust falls around or under 45" that the top will fit. Keep in mind, it has little to no support.
Pictures show the difference it makes when a knot is tied in between breasts to keep it scrunched up.

This is cute but I think def better for a woman with less in the chest area than myself...this would give me no support at all. I love the little skirt though.

That's right. No support at all. A strapless bra could probably be worn underneath if you really wanted to wear this out or just make it look better, but I don't own one so didn't try that
