Upon taking the cami & short set out of the box it came in, the very first thing I noticed was that the material - which is 100% polyester - was actually very soft and luxurious to the touch. The only thing I could do without on this set is the lace detail on both the cami and the shorts. While everything else is so soft, the lace detail was a bit rough against my skin. It is not anything that prevents me from wearing the set, but I am very aware that it is there when I have it on.

The fit of the set runs considerably small, in my personal opinion. I am 5' tall, 119 pounds, and a 32 D. I ordered a size Medium/Large, and it fit just right. The cami has adjustable straps, which I love because it lets you get the perfect fit for your bust size. The hardware on the straps of the cami are gold/brass color and look very pretty against the black material. The straps are also criss-crossed in the back, which gives it an unexpected, beautiful detail from behind. The shorts are definitely what I call "booty shorts." They have a thin, elastic waist, so there is a bit of a stretch to them. The shorts sit very low on my hips and are quite short, giving the little peek-a-boo effect from the back!

Because the set is 100% polyester and has the very delicate lace details, it should be washed by hand. I have washed it in a front load washer on a delicate setting and laid it flat to dry. I have washed it this way twice and have yet to see any problem with fading or the material coming undone at the seems.

All in all, I really do love the set, and I would reccommend it to anyone looking for something simple, sweet, and classicly sexy. The box that it came in was pretty enough to stick a bow on and give as a gift - so this would make a great present for a special someone, or even a bachelorette or bridal shower gift.
