Suspending Nothing Without Help
Teach Me Love School Girl needs some work. I was excited about the suspenders, but that ended up being the worst part. You'd be better off buying a skirt and bra set and buying your own suspenders.

The suspenders on this are really sexy. I imagined my partner wearing this school girl outfit without the white top, positioning the suspenders just over her little nipples, letting the tie hang between her cleavage. That would have worked if the stupid suspender attachments would stay connected. This set is worth half the amount it is listed for. The pictures made me think it would be made of better materials, but it feels like cheap Halloween costume material. I wouldn't ever give a damn about the material if it worked for the design, but it doesn't. It slides around too much. Even if I got a smaller size for my girl, the suspenders wouldn't work. You'll need some glue, tape, or something to keep this thing together. I chose the L or the S, M, L options available because the size chart says the L will fit a 38" hip (what she has). Usually I chose lingerie based on her chest because she has 36 D's, but I figured the top wasn't needed.
The Teach Me Love School Girl costume comes with a few pieces. The set is made of 93% polyester and 7% elastic, but I don't think all the part have the same composition. For example, the main part is the mini skirt with the attached suspenders. The mini skirt has a black band that feels a lot smoother than the plaid part of the skirt. The plaid part feels starchy. The skirt is flared, pleated, and very short. It's only 9 1/2" long for the large. It's a little over 15" wide at the the top of the black band. The suspenders are attached in the back and fasten in the front. They don't clip like suspenders you might have worn as a kid or now see on your grandpa, mine at least. The suspenders are made of the same material as the skirt and they are 1 1/2" wide. The fasteners are the worst part of the outfit, but kind of the most important. A circle fits into a flower shape, but it doesn't latch and comes out just as easy as it gets put in. The straps are very long and adjustable. The skirt fits her well, and is a little big. She is a size 8, but this could fit an extra few inches. It's probably better on someone larger because the suspenders need to be kept taught to help keep them connected. If it is too big, like it is on her, it will slide up.
The top is a mini tube top that bunches in the middle when you tie it around the neck. My girl has size D breasts and this was large enough for her. She didn't complain of not being supported, and I like that her hard nipples can be seen through it. The ties are plenty long, but unfinished on the ends. They are just tied in knots. The top is made of the same softer material as the band on the skirt.
The tie is made of the same softer material, too. It doesn't look like it does in the picture. It's longer and thinner. The ties are not long enough to be able to tie a bow. You have to tie it in a knot which can be hard to get out later. The fabric doesn't lie flat.
Then there are the two pieces not described in the product contents (even the package has no mention of them). At first we thought they were large upper arm bands, as used them that way. Then we noticed that the model is wearing them in her hair. They look like scrunchies but are a lot bigger. you could even wear them around your ankles, but they are too big for her wrists.

Experience
She came out wearing this and made me drool, but we both quickly became annoyed with this set because the suspenders make loud noises and don't stay connected. By the time we tried a few different ways to keep them connected, rubber bands work best, we were unimpressed. I'm glad I got this one free.
The package is a cheap plastic bag with a cardboard piece that has pictures of models on it. It says wash separately, drip dry, do not bleach, and made in Columbia.
This is lingerie, it's supposed to come off and not stay on long, so I'm not giving too low of a rating. I still think it is too expensive, though.

Follow-up commentary
2 months after original review
Sadly, my girl hasn't worn this again because she hates that the suspenders are so flimsy. She has plans to alter it, so at the very least we will get more use out of the skirt and top. Until then...
