Pros
It's sexy, and makes you feel beautiful no matter what size you are.
Cons
It takes two to put this outfit on the first time.
This is a fully-boned lace and satin corset by Coquette. It comes in different sizes, starting with Small and going all the way up to a 3x/4x for us more robust women out there (yea!), and from where I stand the sizing was spot on. The craftsmanship is exquisite, in every way. The set comes with garters, and has hooks and eyes (like a bra) in the front. It has a lace-up back, and you can either use the straps it came with or keep it strapless (it's totally up to you). It's sure to be a smash hit either way you wear it. You can wear this with practically anything: blue jeans/shorts, alone with a nice skirt, or under a nice see-through shirt for a night on the town with your special someone.
The first time you put this on you'll have to have two people to do it: one for cinching the very long string in the back after you snapped the hooks to the eyes, closing the front. After it's tightened up to your tastes, you can put it on yourself, just don't mess with the strings in the back. Once everything is in place you can cut the strings to make tying it easier the next time. It has plastic boning as with many of Coquettes' outfits. It has no underwire for the push-up effect, so the only support for your breasts is the plastic boning and cinching the bust up tight.
It's made with lace and satin and it only comes in black and red, which suits it perfectly. Somehow it has delicate black flowers intertwined all over the red of the bodice. Since it consists of nothing but lace and satin, if you wash it in a washer use cold water only, no bleach, and it has to be air dried. I'll just wash it by hand to make the outfit last longer. If taken care of properly this could stand up well for a few years, making this not only one of the best pieces in your closet but probably the most-worn piece in it.

Experience
Upon coming home from work, I noticed the plain brown box in my room. I was so excited I ripped it open like it was Christmas, even more so when I saw how magnificent it was. I so love this corset. Not only did it come in a size big enough to fit my DD bust, but it actually gave me "curves" according to my daughter (which just tickled me pink). She doesn't give compliments easily. I would wear this all the time if I could, but I'm constantly pulling the top up. I'm not used to outfits that barely cover the nipples. I love the corset, don't get me wrong, but it'll just take some getting used to is all. While doing a close inspection (nit pick) I noticed some material (just strings) sticking out of the boning area.
After about 2 and a half hours, I started getting hot and sweaty under the corset, and I hated to take it off.

Follow-up commentary
1 month after original review
I cut the stray strands that I showed in the first review, and the outfit is still in perfect shape. I loved it when I first bought it and put it on, and I still love it. I did eventually have to take out the plastic boning, but it still hugs my body and gives my curves definition to my robust figure. I would still recommend this to anyone looking to buy a corset.
