So Sexy, I Don't Even Care They Are Too Tight!
A customizable stocking? Hell yes! These stockings can be worn as knee highs or thigh highs and the ribbon can be swapped out for a different color. The band is REALLY tight, but since it is thick and wide, it won't roll on shapely thighs.

Pros
Thick non-rolling band, Web pattern, Durable, Can swap out different ribbons, Can be knee highs
Cons
Tight band
I was immediately drawn to these stockings when I saw them appear on the site. No only are they unique because of the pattern and the ribbon ties, but I think they could be worn out on days other than Halloween without adding too much sex appeal. These stockings can be paired with a cute little black or red dress. They are thicker than other nylon or fishnet stockings so they can also provide some warmth if you want to wear them on chillier days. The ribbon ties can be changed out as well. I found that the band on these stockings is really tight, but since it is thick, it doesn't cut in to look unflattering. They are not a good one size fits most item though.
*Overview:
This pair of non-traditional stockings from Leg Avenue have a unique webbing pattern instead of the more common fishnet of fencenet. They have a solid band and ribbon tie. The feet have closed toes that are not reinforced. They are one size fits most. They come in classic black.
*Material: Excellent, very durable
These stockings are made of 88% nylon and 12% spandex exclusive of the decoration. The decoration is the ribbon tie. The band at the top is so thick that it feels like a dress sock. It's incredibly durable yet still stretchy. It won't be stretching out on you after a few wears. It doesn't have any extra support in terms of adhesive, but it really won't need it on even the smallest of thighs. The crochet parts are not as soft as other stockings I have used, but it isn't uncomfortable or scratchy either. The crochet pattern is really pretty and ornate. It has alternating rows of circles with lines of thicker design in between them.
*Design/craftsmanship: Excellent
The band on these stockings is not as pictured. It is much thicker. The band in the picture looks like it is about an inch think. In actuality it is 2 3/4" wide. The top is seamless and the entire band has micro ribbing like a sock does.
The thin red ribbon is "laced" through the webbing of the stocking in two places. There is no extra construction to anchor the lace, it is simply put through two of the holes in the pattern. I found this to be a "cheap" way to do things, but I ended up appreciating the half-assed design. This is because I realized that you can customize these stockings. You can lace them through more holes to cover up more or less red. You can also put a different colored ribbon through them! A gold or silver cord would work too. There are a lot of possibilities with these. You don't even have to wear them all the way up to your thigh. They can be folded over to create knee highs too. I prefer to wear them this way due to the sizing.
The toes of the stockings are closed and are not reinforced. The inverted seam at the end is done very well and is not at all uncomfortable during wear.
The ribbon has a lot of length. if you fit into these stocking's band, the ribbon will fit you no problem.
*Cleaning/care/storage: Hand wash
The stockings come molded over a small piece of cardboard. This has a small pink cardboard piece around it that shows a model wearing the stockings on the front. A black plastic hook comes through the fold of the stockings so they can be hung up for retail. On the back the package says to hand wash and drip dry. Since these stockings are so durable, I would venture to say they can be washed in a lingerie bag, but I would still drip dry them. You can store them like socks, folded in on each other.

Experience
*Sizing/Application: Best for S-ML, Short-Average height
As are most Leg Avenues stockings, these are "one size fits most". Leg Avenue describes this as a range of 90-160 pounds. This is not a very good range due to the fact that thigh sizes change based on other factors like height. These are not the best for the upper range of that scale. The band is REALLY tight. These fit more comfortably around my upper calf or right above my knee than they do where they should be worn-mid to upper thigh. In order for these not to have to stretch much, your thighs will have to be pretty tiny. If you don't like tight things, I suggest skipping these if you want to wear them as thigh highs.
It's not a total loss though. Since the band is well constructed, thick and wide, it doesn't roll like other bands of lace or other materials might when the thigh is too big. You can just feel the tightness which might not be comfortable to all people. I didn't mind it all that much, but again, still prefer to wear these lower or fold them to be knee socks. They are still really cute or sexy just the same.
The height is really good since these can be stretched a lot and still go back to their original shape. On taller women, the tight band should keep these up. I am making a modest guess that these will fit up to about 5'8". They will work for the shorter women as well. Even if you are 5' or shorter, these stockings will still fit you in height. It would be really hard to wear these with garters since the band is so thick. You won't be needing garters anyways!
*Best Fit Chart:
Pounds: 90-130
Height: 5'-5'8"
Thigh circumference: No larger than about 23" to be comfortable
*Conclusion:
When I first pulled these out and put my arm through them to look at them, I was thinking that the band was WAY too small. If it had been the thickness of the ones on the model these would not have worked as well for me. It's the large thick band that makes these still work even if they are tight. The band doesn't roll on my shapely thighs and doesn't cut-in in an unsightly way. The material is REALLY durable. You really don't have to worry much about it getting "runs". I can wear these as knee highs or thigh highs and think they look more cute than they do sexy. I like this since I can wear them out to places other than clubs and Halloween get togethers. If all else fails, you may also be able to cut the band to fit you better.

These stockings are so friggin durable! They feel and look like they did the day I got them. They seriosuly don't even look like they have stretched much at all either. I have not worn them many times due to them having a more limited use for me, but that only means they will last even longer.
I have taken the ribbon out for each wear and inserted a different color. It has not damaged the stockings in any way.

Another awesome review
@Naughty-yea, I totally know what you are talking about. The band is bigger than pictured and bigger than the other LA pieces that look the one pictured. It didn't cause as much of a problem.
