Simple and Classy...Only the Sizing is Unfortunate.
This dress is classy and sleek. While the top may fit oddly because of the limited sizing of this piece, it is, on the whole, pretty forgiving. It will conform to your body shape. Wear this outside with confidence, and perhaps with a slip because the fabric is a bit sheer.

Initial Impressions
My first impression was the smell. As I took the dress out of its plastic wrap, a fishy scent invaded my nose. I don't know why the dress smells like that, but hopefully after a good wash, it will go away. In any case, it made me a bit wary about what chemicals were put/used on this dress. For the dress itself, I had a pretty positive impression because the material seemed to be good quality, although it is pretty thin. Nevertheless, I was excited to try it on.
Pros
1. Good length: I'm 5'3", and this dress falls almost to my knees. If I want to, I can stretch it to go over my knees (it's ruched). Since it's tight-fitting and snug, I'm not worried that it will ride up if I dance or move. Due to its ruching and extra fabric, this dress should fit a variety of heights.
2. Rhinestones look classy: The rhinestone closures are actually pretty decent and not cheap looking. They give the dress a sparkle that sets it off as classy. With fashion, I find that one brilliant item in a background of simplicity looks awesome, and this dress definitely brings that out.
3. Stretchy material conforms to all body shapes: The material is smooth and nice against the skin. It is pretty flexible and stretchy, so it should be able to fit people whether they are big or small. The cowl neck will disguise any fat at the top (but your boobs will be hidden as well). The bottom is forgiving because of the ruching.
4. Go braless: Since the cowl neck has quite a bit of fabric in layers covering your chest, you can go bra-less, and it should be fine.
5. Panty lines are hidden: The ruching hides all panty lines, so feel free to wear whatever comfortable panties you have.
6. Material seems to be good quality, and dress is crafted well: Besides it only being one layer thick and the fabric a bit thin, for the onlooker, the material looks like pretty good quality. The seams also seem to be in place, and there are no loose ends.
Cons
1. Top may fit oddly: The problem with this dress is that it is a S/M size (or M/L). Due to this, the top is larger than I would want it, as the cowl neck makes my chest seem bulbous on a whole; there is no distinction between my breasts and my waist. If you want to show off your bust, this is not the dress for you. I don't enjoy looking fat in pictures, but wearing this dress will definitely make that impression.
2. Sheer and thin fabric: The fabric is pretty thin, so any tight area (e.g. bottom) may seem sheer. If you look at the pictures in the Experience section, you can see that my underwear may be visible (it's light colored). Due to this, I suggest wearing either dark-colored underwear or some sort of short skin-tight slip. Additionally, I wouldn't suggest this dress to those who are bigger simply because the fabric may become too sheer (I could see my legs through the dress just by looking down, but this would not be a problem in dimly lit rooms).
3. Odd smell: This isn't exactly a con for the dress, but it smells weird. The fishy smell isn't exactly attractive. Hopefully, a good wash will let the dress air out and the smell dissipate.
Conclusion
This dress seems really classy and pretty modest. It can be worn on a variety of occasions rather than just at the club. However, beware of the top. Perhaps if you are between small and medium, it will fit you well. But on the whole, the dress is well crafted and sleek, and I will be excited to wear it out.

Follow-up commentary
30 days after original review
I liked it in the beginning, but due to the sheerness, I haven't had an opportunity really wear this. Furthermore, the cowlneck hides my waist, which is one of my assets that I want to show off. So, this item is going into the donation pile.
