Sexy, Interchangeable, Awesome
This dress really is the epitome of multi-functional. You can wear it on it's own, with brightly colored undergarments, or over clothing. No matter how you wear it, it's perfect for covering up some skin while still showing off the goods.

Pros
Will fit the sizing guidelines, Relatively comfortable, Price
Cons
Can be a little itchy, Tag is in horrible location
Fishnet dresses are really neat because you can use them to cover yourself up while being exposed at the same time, or you can use them with your regular clothing to add a sexy little twist.
The packaging for this one was nicer than a lot of Leg Avenue's regular packaging. More like a little pink triangle shaped box. On the front and back is a picture of a model and on the back you have sizing guidelines, materials, and care instructions. There's a tag on the inside of the dress that also tells you that it's 88% Nylon and 12% Spandex and should be hand washed warm and drip dried. However you can also run it through the washing machine in a lingerie bag or pillow case on cold and low.
This is a one size piece, which according to Leg Avenue's sizing guidelines means that you should be between a size 6-11, A-C cup, bust of 32-38", waist of 23-29", and hips of 34-40". I'm personally about 5'2, I weigh about 110, around my bust measures 32" and underneath measures about 28 1/2". I've got about a 29" waist, around the top of my hips measures about 34" and around my butt is about 37" and I wear a good solid B cup. This piece fit me well, and I do believe it will fit all of the measurements listed. Larger breasts might end up a bit smooshed though.
In this set, you get the fishnet dress and a thong. The fishnet itself is a little on the rough side, and can get a bit scratchy. The holes are big enough that you might want to exercise caution if you have pierced nipples, especially if the jewelry is a barbell. The neck, the ends of the sleeves, and the hem at the bottom all have an elastic band that helps keep things in place, although the neck can also be pulled down for an off the shoulder look. While the elastic hem will keep things in place below your butt, if it falls above the curve of your butt, it will most likely slide upwards. The body of the dress is a total of about 30" from the top of the shoulder to the bottom of the hem. It's also pretty stretchy and as mentioned earlier, the body will fit the sizing guidelines. Even the sleeves have a lot of stretch to them which is something that doesn't always happen with things like this. The length was no problem on my 21" arms and you could have arms almost 3 feet long and still get good coverage. My arms are about 10 1/2" around with a shirt, and the sleeves fit me comfortably with plenty of room to spare. The sleeves can also be worn over the fingers; either through just the thumb (the model on the box wears it this way), or through any combination of finger through hole.
The thong is basic, simple, solid, and black. It doesn't cover as much as some thongs, but definitely more than others with a triangle of coverage of about 4 1/2" across and about 6 1/2" long. When laid flat it measures about 12" across but stretches to about 18". On my 37" hips they fit nicely and while I do think it'd fit the upper range, it might cut in a little bit.
They both feel well enough made; not something that I expect to last forever but something that I definitely expect to hold up for a while at the very least. The only complaint I really have about it is the tag. It's located on the inside of one of the shoulders and couldn't really stick out more unless it was sewn right into the front. It's easy enough to cut out however.
Here I opted for a solid long sleeve shirt and a tank top underneath the dress:

Experience
While I do really like this dress, I probably won't wear it terribly often. It does catch on my nipple rings when worn alone, so I've been pairing it with a brightly colored bra the few times I've worn it in the bedroom. I prefer to wear it with a shirt too so that it doesn't catch my belly rings either. Happened a few times, not as painful as catching a nipple ring, but still pretty darn irritating all the same.
As an accessory piece, I love it. It adds a hint of "trashy" in a fashionable way. The only bad things I can think of about this are the fact that it might not last forever, the netting isn't super soft, and the placement of the gag. But those all get canceled out with the fact that it's cheap enough to replace whenever you want, for the price I wasn't expecting feather soft netting and this rougher netting is less likely to snag, and the tag can be easily cut out.

I like the way you have the sleeve around your fingers
LingaLoo, I have no idea what it is either, but every piece of fishnet clothing I've gotten has had a big ol' white tag somewhere that's super easy to see.
Kayla, it definitely doesn't make me look any taller, that's for damn sure, lol.
Thanks everybody!
