Sexy but Short!
The Wet Look Dress with hook and eye front by Coquette is really sexy! The material is comfortable, stretchy, and breathable. The dress can be worn both in or out of the bedroom because it isn't sheer. The only thing with wearing the dress out of the bedroom is that there is no panel beneath the hook and eye closures. This means that if you don't wear something beneath it, you'll have a bit of skin exposed. Also, it's quite short so you may want to wear opaque leggings beneath it.

Pros
Sexy, comfortable, stretchy, inexpensive, good quality, opaque.
Cons
shoulder straps are not adjustable, very short, no modesty panels beneath hook and eyes.
The Wet Look Dress with hook and eye front by Coquette is available in sizes S-1X/2X. I purchased the size XL. The dress arrived surrounded by plastic and on a clear plastic hanger. There was no text or photos on the plastic bag.
There was a cardboard tag attached to the outfit with a few photos of a model wearing the outfit. The tag also stated the company name, website, product name, size, and colour. The included hanger is good to use for storing the dress.
The dress is 80% nylon and 20% spandex, exclusive of trim. The outfit is just the one piece- no panty is included. In the stock photo, it is shown with the wet look sleeves (not included). I own the wet look sleeves and they match perfectly since they are the same material and have the same hook and eye closures down them.
The material is very stretchy and not sheer. The material does not become sheer the more it is stretched. Below are a few measurements of the dress laying flat, unstretched. If you need additional measurements, please send me a message and I will get them for you.
Shoulder strap length: just less than 15 ½ inches each
Chest (armpit to armpit): 15 ½ inches
Waist: 15 ½ inches
Hips (belt area): 20 ¼ inches
Length of dress (armpit to bottom): 23 inches
There are 16 silver coloured metal hook and eye closures that run down the centre front of the dress. The hook and eyes secure well so they shouldn't come undone while wearing it. Each hook and eye closure is just less than 1 inch away from the next. There is no flap of fabric beneath the hook and eye closures so a bit of skin will be exposed if you don’t wear something beneath it. The gap between the hook and eye closure areas is approximately ¼ of an inch wide.
The bottom of the dress also has hook and eye closures to it. The bottom portion of the dress is 7 ½ inches in length. There are 2 columns of hook and eye closures, which are 9 inches away from each other. Each column has 8 hook and eye closures in it. There is also no panel beneath these hook and eye closures. Luckily though, the gap is less than 1/8 of an inch.
There is a “belt” attached to the dress that sits right between the top and bottom portion. The belt does not go around the entire dress- it only sits at the front. The belt is not adjustable. It’s really for appearance only. The material of the belt is stretchy and it is 1 ¼ inches. The dress is not adjustable in width other than by stretching the material.
The shoulder straps to the dress are not adjustable in length. They are stretchy so they can be stretched to add width but they cannot be shortened without altering them. The chest area of the dress does not have any padding or underwire. The material is quite thin so you’ll want to wear a bra or set of pasties beneath the dress to avoid nipple outline.
When I put the dress on, it fit well and was comfortable against the skin. I wear a C cup and the chest area worked well for me. I believe a D cup would fit nicely as well since the material is stretchy. My hip measurement is 41 inches.
This isn’t a dress I’d wear in public unless I was to wear opaque leggings beneath it. I’m 5’6 and the bottom of the dress falls just beneath the bottom of my bum cheeks. If I were to bend over, my bum would be totally exposed. You’ll have to excuse the photos below since I had to take them myself.
You can see in the photos above that the dress is very form fitting. It will hug every curve on your body whether you want it to or not. You can also see in the photos above how very short the dress is on me.

Experience
...continued
With the dress being form fitting and the material so thin, underwear lines can be seen through the material. The belt slightly sags on me. It would have been nice if the belt were adjustable. It also would have been nice if the shoulder straps were adjustable but they actually fit me well considering. The care tag states that the dress should be hand washed and hung to dry.
Overall, I’m fairly happy with the dress. Even with the gap between the hook and eye closures, I really like it. Typically I don’t like when material is so clingy to my body but this dress makes me feel really bad (in a good way). I love it for bedroom use. I probably won’t wear it out in public but it could work nicely in public for those that were comfortable with it. I've deducted one star from the rating because of how short it is. I really like the dress but wish it was longer.
