Sexy and Clingy.
This dress is sexy and sleek. The shirring will hide some imperfections, and is flattering. I feel a bit shy in it, but with leggings, tights, or jeans I would wear it out.

Pros
Comfortable material, very stretchy, comes in XL.
Cons
Clingy (for some people), short skirt, shows underwear lines.
Just so everyone knows, I usually wear an XL. I bought the XL size of the dress, hoping and praying that it would fit. I have heard all over the internet that lingerie and clothes bought on the internet always fit smaller. But this little dress surprised me! For those women who aren't very comfortable with showing off their legs in a tiny skirt, I would suggest wearing leggings, tights, or a cute pair of jeans with this.
Material
The dress is made of a combination of 90% polyester and 10% spandex. To me, it feels like a bathing suit. The material is soft and stretchy and is very comfortable to wear. When stretched tight, it is slightly see through, but since it is black, it doesn't show anything, unless it is over someone's eyes. The material clings to lines underneath, so any pudginess, or underwear shows. There is enough room over the bust area so that bra lines are invisible, but you will want to find no-line panties or go commando if you want to avoid panty lines. Wearing it as a shirt is fine, since you can bunch it up to hide the lines.
Sizing and Fit
The chart for Dream Girl doesn't actually have a measurement for XL, so I will list their 1X/2X measurements:
Cup Size: D-DD
Bust: 40-48
Waist: 36-40
Hip: 42-48
My cup size is H, 48" bust, 40" waist, and 52" hip. So my hips are bigger than the size chart. But this dress is so stretchy, that it will fit larger than the size stated. It clings to the belly area, which shows off a bit more pudge than I would have liked. My fiancé loves it though, and I guess that is all that matters in the end. This dress is pretty short. I am 5'3" and this dress stops about mid thigh, if I am not tugging it down all the time. I am guessing that it will be really short on taller people.
Quality
The seams are all very well sewn, and don't seem to be coming apart any time soon. I did notice that the fabric on the neckline wasn't sewn over and finished, the fabric shows no sign of fraying, but I will keep my eye on it. There are three small tags in the back, but the are soft and do not bother me.
Care
The tag says to hand wash in cold water, do not bleach and hang to dry. I'd either wash it on a gentle cycle in a lingerie bag, or hand wash it in cold water. You should not use any heat on this dress, the fabric would not react well to it.
Packaging
The dress came with a small tag attached to it, and it was inside a plastic bag on a hanger. I would suggest wrapping this before giving it as a gift. The included hanger was a nice touch, since the dress is quite small for normal hangers.

Here are a couple pictures of how it looks on me. Please excuse the dirty mirror. I couldn't get the rust off.
Follow-up commentary

I'm still too shy to actually wear this out in public, but I still love how it looks. I have my eye out for the perfect pair of leggings to wear with this dress.
