Rhumba Rouche
This cute set from Leg Avenue will work for some but not all. Being one-size fits most, the top is fairly true to size, while the bottoms are bit strange. But, if you match my sizing chart, this is a great price, and worth the buy.

Pros
Retro looking cute, price, some-what true to size but still not a good one-size, nice pantie lining
Cons
Bottoms are problematic for larger butts, attached panties
*Contents/overview:
I love polka dots, pink, black, bows, lace, and mini-skirts. Put it all together and you have this two piece Bikini Rhumba Skirt combo from Leg Avenue. The top is a halter bikini and the bottom is a miniskirt with attached pantie. The price is great but I was worried about the one-size fits most. Thankfully, it worked for me, but read my re-done sizing guide before purchasing.
*Material:
All pieces are 100% nylon mesh and lace. In hand they feel scratchy and rough. But when worn, it isn't uncomfortable, although still feels cheap. The thin mesh is also see through even with the polka dots. Right out of the package this looks like it would fit a 10 year old but the material is incredibly stretchy!
*Design/craftsmanship
The top is an adorable Bettie Page style halter bikini. The back closure is a double eye and hook with three choices for size (just like on a bra). The breast cups are "full coverage" semi-triangles that tie around the neck. The spandex ties and the sides of the breast cups have thin black lace. There is a small pink bow in the center of the chest. When worn, there is a bit of rouching between the breasts. I wish this was a swim suit because it is so cute!
The bottoms are a bit complicated looking. They look like a mini skirt with a matching pantie underneath but actually, they are attached and it isn't a full pantie. The mini-skirt has ruffling and rouching. The front has two little pink bows. The back is so cute! It has the same ruffling, but the middle comes up a bit to show the back of the false panties with lacing on the butt. Above this is a small pink bow. The back is not full coverage and the panties are cut to be cheekies. They also have a nice lining.
I did notice some fraying and poor stitching in both pieces. I used small sewing scissors to cut these off so they didn't start to unravel further.
*Cleaning/care/storage:
According to the tag, you should hand wash in cold water and then you can tumble dry on low. If you choose to put this in the dryer, be sure to put it in by itself because the ties can get tangled around other things are could possibly rip. You can also sit them out to dry since nylon dries very fast.
The package it comes in isn't the most cooperative thing for storage. If you are not careful, you will rip the plastic bag inside the cardboard box. You can try to reuse this but it is probably easier to put in a zip-lock bag or just throw in a drawer since no special care is needed.

Experience
*Sizing:
Leg Avenue has been known to run small and their one-size is fairly inaccurate as well. I weigh ~150 pounds (size 8/10); curvy but fit. This didn't fit me perfectly, but after two days of hard toning-it fit much better. It however, is not a good one-size fits most piece. Their sizing chart says it will fit 90-160lbs, 6-11 dress size (weird because 6 is womens, 11 is juniors...), A-C cup, 32-38" bust, 23-29" waist, and 34-40" hip.
The top is pretty true to size, but the bottoms are way off. I'd imagine a lot of women would have a problem with them. The cups were full coverage and didn't create cleavage on my 34 D breasts. I don't think this would look good on smaller chests since bagging would occur. A full B would be fine though. The band was very comfortable. It seemed to fit the same on any of the eye and hook closures though. This is probably because the material is so stretchy. The majority of the support (of which there is little) comes from the thin halter straps. If you are larger than a D or your breasts are not as perky, you may find that the halter strap will hurt your neck.
The bottoms are weird. They sit on my hips but then dip WAY low in the front. Looking at the model, it looks similar but even lower. The back sits lower also. This is because my butt is rounder and larger than the model's. If you have a large butt this will be even worse for you. Since the panties are attached, it causes the skirt to ride low and would probably show some butt cleavage. My hips are ~38" and this fit nicely on them, it was the butt that was a problem. If I got that to fit right, it seemed that it would ride up the crotch. It was hard to find a happy medium. If your butt is larger than 43" I would pass on this.
Knowing all of that, the chart is somewhat accurate but here is my re-done chart:
Weight: 100-150 (the higher end is if you are fit and not shorter than ~5'3")
Dress: 4-10 (P.S. what person who is 100lbs wears a size 6???-red flag #1!)
Cup: B-D
Band: 34-38"
Waist: You don't have to worry about this
Hips: 33-39" (smaller than 43" butt)
*Conclusion:
After wearing this a few times, I do like the way this fits now...for the most part. I don't think it will last a long time though. I also don't like that the panties are attached because they cannot be removed for sex. The entire skirt has to be taken off. I give this set 4 stars because the quality is low and the sizing is a bit off, but it is cute and the price is good.

Follow-up commentary
2 months after original review
While I still like this outfit, I'm not as fond of it. I swear, I'd rather wear this as a bikini (which would be really cute by the way!). I like lingerie where it can be easily moved out of the way during sex. With the bottoms of these, that isn't possible.
The quality is also low and I can see fraying on the straps. I don't think this will last very long.

It is a good price, so I'd say it is worth trying as long as you are in my size chart. Thanks!
