Pros
Padded cups will boost smaller breasts, Hugs every curve
Cons
Hugs *every* curve, Larger breasts might take issue with the padded cups
This chemise came with a pretty nice hanger, so you can use that for storage if you want or you can fold it and put it in a drawer. It had a small tag attached to it with a safety pin, and was in a plastic bag, and that was about it for packaging. It does have a small tag right about where most shirts would in the back and that tells you what it's made of (80% Nylon, 20% Spandex, exclusive of trim), how you should wash it (hand wash only, drip dry), and the size. You could probably get away with putting this in a lingerie bag in cold water on the gentle setting, but still let it drip dry.
I got mine in a size small, which to Coquette means I should be a size 4-6, with a B cup, a 34-36" bust, 26-28" waist, and 36-38" hips. Personally I'm about 5'2, I weigh about 120, around my bust measures 32" and underneath measures about 28 1/2". I've got about a 29" waist and measure about 34" around the top of my hips and about 37" around my butt, and wear a good solid B cup. This fit me really well in the cups and clung to my body like it was made for it.
For the other sizes available, Coquette has the following measurements listed: It does seem to fit its listed size range pretty well, but since the cups are padded, larger breasts might have issues.
Medium: size 8 - 10, B cup, 36-38" bust, 26 - 30" waist, 38 - 40" hips
Large: size 12 - 14, C cup, 38 - 40" bust, 30 - 32" waist, 40 - 42" hips
All you're getting here is the chemise, and it's definitely pretty nice. For the most part the whole thing is black, with strips of red leopard print along the top of the cups and as little racing stripes down the body from the center of the cups. From under the armpit to the very bottom hem is about 24 1/2", with the bottom 3 or so being a very lovely black floral lace. The lace, and all the rest of the chemise, has a really soft silky feel to it. The cups surprised me a little bit. Not only are they your standard molded cups supported by underwire, they're also padded like a pushup bra. That padding does take up a good chunk of each cup; with about 3 of the 5" being padding. It's difficult to say how thick it is in the middle, but I'd estimate between 1/4 and 1/2" of padding. So if you have smaller breasts, you'll definitely get the lift you don't normally get from most lingerie, especially since you can adjust the straps to be a bit tighter and provide a little extra lift.
While this chemise has that super silky always cool feeling material, it's also the type of material that clings to every curve, and I do mean every curve. If it's just the slightest bit tight, it will show every love handle, roll, bit of pooge, whatever. While it does show everything off, it doesn't seem to do it in a manner that really sucks at all. I'm on the upper range of the small measurements and you could see if I was wearing underwear underneath, and the little rolls I get when I slouch. But the odd thing to me was that it didn't bother me at all. Most things that do that to me I take off immediately, but this did a good job of not being terribly obvious.
One thing that I did notice while wearing this was that the cups did function very much like a bra. You know how if you're wearing a padded bra and you get gaps every now and then that can show off pretty much everything but you never really notice because it's under a shirt? Well this does this while being the shirt. If you have a black bra with no underwire you can wear that underneath to make sure that you stay covered if you're out and about. Because of the material and its clingyness, if you're on the upper end of the size chart with breasts larger than what your sizing chart says, you should probably order a size up.

Experience
I think this is literally the first lingerie piece I've bought that wasn't a bra and panty set and also had a pushup bra built right in. It's great because it gives me extra lift that a lot of other lingerie pieces don't. I love the way it fits me and it stays out of the way during sex easy enough if you push it up and let it bunch around the hips. I'm about 5'2" and on me it falls lower to mid thigh, which is long enough to wear out as a dress (except for the whole visible panty lines thing), but not so long that I can't wear it out over jeans (where it's expected that the material of the denim will show as an impression through just about anything). I love the way it feels and the way it makes my breasts look. Literally the only thing I'm not so fond of is the top bra part acting like a bra, which I really can't fault the chemise for.
It is definitely worth owning, and runs pretty true to size.
