The Open Back Babydoll is a lingerie set from Dreamgirl, made up of the babydoll and matching panty. It comes in a gorgeous plum colour, with black accents. The material is knit chiffon made of polyamide. It looks like a fine mesh, and is sheer and surprisingly soft. The set is well sewn, with no loose threads or fraying material.

The babydoll has sexy peekaboo cups with black satin bows that can be untied to expose your breasts. The cups are lined and have an underwire so they offer a decent amount of support. The straps are adjustable. Like a bra, it has a hook and eye closure with 3 sets of hooks. Although it's called the Open Back Babydoll, it actually covers most of the back. The fabric goes right to the edge of the closure, leaving only a small sliver of skin exposed unless you lean forward. The bottom part of the babydoll is loose and flowy, and falls to the upper thigh. Although it's sheer, it will help diffuse any problem areas on your stomach. The cups, straps, and bottom hem are edged with black lace in a floral pattern. It's pretty soft as far as lace goes.

The panties are string bikini style, but the back doesn't offer much coverage and will expose a good amount of cheek. I'm not a big fan of this cut, and find that it tends to ride up. I'd rather have either full butt coverage, or a thong. There are 3 rows of adorable ruffles made from the same lace that is on the babydoll. The sides of the panties are quite stretchy and should be able to fit a fairly wide range. The crotch is lined with cotton.

I own this set in both Small and Medium. According to Dream Girl's charts, those sizes should fit the following measurements:

When I purchased this set about 6 months ago, I wore a 34 B and had a 35 inch bust, 28 inch waist, and 37 inch hips. I got a size Medium, and it turned out to be too big. The cups were loose, which didn't flatter my breasts at all. The panties were workable; not loose enough to fall down, but still a little looser than I'd prefer. I could have returned it, but chose to just keep it and order a Small. I live in Canada, so it would have cost me about half the price of the set to send it back. Instead, I decided to save my cash and re-order a smaller size using my EdenPoints. When I received the Small, it fit me perfectly.

I'm glad I held onto the Medium, because in the last few months I have gained weight. Now, I wear a 34 C. My bust measures 36 inches, and underneath it is 30 inches. My waist is 29 inches, and I'm 40 inches around the largest part of my hips. I'm 35 inches higher on my hips, where the top of my panties sit.

The Small babydoll still fits fine through the hips and waist since it's so flowy, but it's too small in the cups and doesn't give me much coverage. It covers a little less than half of my breasts, and my nipples show over the tops of the cups. Since this is peekaboo anyways, some people might not mind that, but I prefer having them covered until I untie the bows. The panties are snug and dig into my hips.

The Medium works very well for me now. The cups fit snuggly. The bows fall directly over my nipples and cover them, although my areolas are visible around the edges. The panties fit perfectly.

The tag recommends hand washing in cold water and line drying. I machine wash mine, using the delicate cycle and a mesh lingerie bag. I dry it in the dryer, on the low setting. My babydoll hasn't suffered any damage from being cleaned this way, and has stood up well to several months of use.

After owning it for almost a year, the underwire broke through the fabric on the small version. The medium is still holding up fine, but it's a little bit large in the bust for me at my current size.
