I was so excited when these arrived in the mail! I received two pair of pasties-one pair of medium blue sequined butterfly pasties, and another pair light blue lace butterfly pasties. The kit was supposed to come with two sets of mini stickers, I guess because the lacey ones are opaque and you could still see skin through them, but my kit only came with four nipple protectors (little cotton disks,) and two mini stickers: one shaped like a star and the other shaped like a heart. They were also bright yellow in contrast to the nice blue of the pasties. I was not thrilled about that - my choices were either to let my nipples show if I wore the lace ones, or place gaudy mismatched stickers over them. It would be nice, in the future, to just have reinforced pasties and not have to worry about extra stickers. I opted to wear the sequin ones out.
They came in a cardboard envelope with a see-through window, with pictures of a woman on the packaging. It was nice to see what I was getting, but if you need to be discreet about storage, you'd have to transfer them to another container until use.
Admittedly, I am a bit uncoordinated. I had a little bit of trouble unsticking the pasties. They are glued to the cardboard, then have stickers, split down the middle in two parts, on the back that you peel to expose the adhesive. Some of the backing stickers split during removal, leaving the paper part of the sticker on the pastie and the shiny part of the backing in my hand. Adhering them is slightly tricky as well but not impossible. The packaging says to unstick one half at a time and smooth as you go. I unstuck the whole thing at once and smoothed each wing in turn and it worked fine. I recommend making sure the nipple is hard before applying so that the aureola fits entirely under the pastie. I have bigger ones, and one of the butterflies did not quite hide the entire aureola, but not enough to deter me from wearing them.
The packaging says to make sure that you only wear them six to eight hours at a time. I had mine on for almost fourteen and had no problems with the pasties unsticking or moving. They stayed in place and were completely comfortable. Removing them was tricky as well because they were really stuck on, but diligence paid off in the end.
I would suggest these for special occasions only-at $14.99 for two, un-reusable pair, the price is a little steep to wear too often, but once in awhile to spice things up, they're a cute little accessory.

Experience
I wore these under my clothes to a fetish event, and when the dress came off to play, I was left in my blue boy shorts, and my pretty butterflies. A dear friend did a sort of open dragon fly tie on my arms, which He looped to my thighs, which looked absolutely gorgeous as He used teal hemp that perfectly matched the pasties. I mentioned it because people kept saying "You don't have to wear pasties here, it's a private party, but you look so cute!" I got a TON of compliments on my accessories that night!

after use could these be used in any otehr way like acraft project or anything like that i know its a weird question but im curious if u can
-
I suppose if you took them off super carefully so they dont fold or rip. You'd have to hot glue them or something, they wont restick faithfully. I wouldnt recommend it but im sure you could.
