Pretty Flowers
This set won't do anything fantastic for small breasts, but it will play up anything you do have. The top is comfortable for longer term wearing and can be paired with a black tank top if you want to leave the house in it. Be wary of the thong though, and plan to replace it with a pair of your own panties.

Pros
Top will fit size guidelines, comfortable - even for longer term wear.
Cons
Thong runs small.
The packaging wasn't much; pretty pink tissue paper and a plastic bag. There was a tag attached to the chemise, but it just had pictures of different lingerie sets on it.
I got this set in a size small. According to Fantasy Lingerie, that means between a size 6-8, with a bust of 35-37", waist of 26 1/2-28 1/2", and hips of 37 1/2-39 1/2". Personally I'm about 5'2, I weigh about 110, around my bust measures 32" and underneath measures about 28 1/2". I've got about a 29" waist with 37" hips and wear a good solid B cup. On me, the top fit fantastically. It didn't make my breasts look amazing, but it did exactly what I would have expected a non-push up bra to do and I was happy with that. The thong on the other hand, not as nice. It dug in a lot more than I felt it should have.
With this set, you're getting two pieces; the chemise and the thong. The chemise is similar to this babydoll from Coquette with the top part being like a bra and then an open space between the band and the rest of the back. The top portion with the cups is pretty much exactly like a bra with sheer lace cups, adjustable straps, and a double stacked hook and eye in the back. Since the base color of the cups (and everything else) is black, it's not as immediately obvious that they're see through, even on lighter colored skin. The maroon and dark red floral pattern plays well with the black as well. The cups do also feature underwire, so you'll get some breast support if you need or want it. As you travel down the rest of the piece you'll find that it's made of a soft, strong, smooth, and sheer black material. There are slits in the front and the back about 8" down from the cups in the front and about 3 1/2" down from the top of the back in the back. These 8 1/4" slits allow for freer movement during sex or other activities. Because it's Coquette there are of course some bows; one at the top of each cup at the strap, one between the cups, and one at the top of each slit in the front.
The thong is made of pretty much the same materials that the bra portion is; black mesh netting with maroon and dark red floral threading. Rather than being a T back style like some thongs, this one takes the more traditional thong design with it being one big triangle of fabric that attaches in both the front and the back. In the front it's about 5" across; could be bigger but definitely still manages to cover just about everything, at least right in the front. That narrows down to about 2" across after 4" in the front, and then spans another 8" to come to a point and attach to the waistband in an adjustable loop. So if you pull the thong on and want to readjust where the back falls, you can do that. It stretches to about 18" across when laid flat, but even on my hips that are half an inch less than the smallest recommended size they cut in. At first it wasn't so bad, but after about half an hour I could really feel them and the thong creeping in from the sides, and after a few hours it was actually painful. However you could easily replace this thong with any black thong or pair of panties that you already own.
Both pieces feel pretty well made. The thong has a few more stray threads than the bra portion of the top, but they should both still last you a while. The top runs fairly true to size, or will at least fit all the measurements it claims to. The thong however definitely runs small. A cups and small B cups will probably have some spare room between your skin and the material, a full B will fill it out nicely, and a C cup is probably the best size for this set because a D cup might not get enough support and/or might spill over the top.
There are care and material tags on both the top and the thong. They're both 100% polyester, although the top should be machine washed on the gentle cycle on cold and line dried and the thong should be machine washed on the gentle cycle in warm water and tumble dried. You can store them anywhere you store the rest of your delicates, even stuffed into a drawer as the chemise seems pretty wrinkle resistant.

Experience
I like this set. I don't love it. But I do like it. The thong I admit will probably never be worn again. I have a lot of lingerie and there's just no room for stuff I just won't end up wearing. However the top I'll wear again. It's nice in the bedroom because I can tease my husband with my nipples being right there, but they're still covered enough that I'm comfortable with how everything sits. I also liked how my boobs looked in this. Sure they didn't look any different than they normally do, but this is one of the only sets I've tried so far that the underwire fit how it was supposed to and made my breasts look exactly how any unpadded underwire bra would have. So I was happy overall. A tip for wearing it out, wear a black spaghetti strap tank top underneath. It'll blend well enough that nobody will really notice that you're layering but the colored accents will still stand out nicely.
I give this a solid 3 1/2 stars. There's nothing about it that wows me, but there's nothing really wrong with it either, so I'll bump it up to 4.
