Pretty but Cheap
The Butterfly Teddy is sexy, and that is its intended purpose, but I feel it should be a bit sturdier and much more comfortable for the price. If you're looking for something that's easy to just tear off in the heat of things, it can work, but it's not a durable piece you'll have around for long. If you wear toward the upper end of the size range (full range is size 6-11) expect a very tight fit.

Pros
Cute and Sexy
Cons
Scratchy, Cheap, Poor Sizing
The outfit is very cute, which is the primary concern for me when I buy lingerie. There is a middle section of the top that has solid material with sequins that form the shape of a butterfly. My wife's cleavage made it look like the wings were mid-flap. The rest of the top and the bottoms are a sheer fishnet-like texture with the seams as thick black straps. The two pieces are connected by two black straps up the front. Unfortunately, appearance was the only good thing about the piece.
I was concerned about the quality right out of the box. The material seemed scratch and cheap, especially at the seams. Things went downhill from there. Leg Avenue's size chart lists the following for it's One Size measurements:Size:6 - 11 Cup:A - C Bust:32 - 38 Waist:23 - 29 Hips:34 - 40. The top was unbelievably tight on my wife (just barely a C cup with 36 bust) and the bottom wasn't much looser (my wife has 27 waist and 40 hips, she usually wears a size 10). After squeezing into it, she felt like the material was snagging and scratchy as well. She thought the top was cute, but it squished uncomfortably, and the hooks bent just from closing at the last possible point.
After a little play we realized that this is really just a one-shot outfit. If you grope at the top at all, the sequins are easily bent and damaged, leading to a battered and abused butterfly appearance. Likewise, a very very gentle tug at any of the strings is enough to hear the fabric tearing. Any significant pressure will rip the strappy bits loose in a heartbeat. Ripping an outfit off your significant other can be fun, as long as that's what you're planning to do in the first place.
The top and bottom are sewn together, so without ripping them apart, you have to take them off together. On a smaller person, there may be enough give to move the bottoms aside for sex without removing the outfit, but for us it was so tight we had to remove the entire thing. Of course, there is always the option of giving a couple tugs and just getting rid of the bottoms by tearing them loose.
It's made from 100% polyester, which means it should be hand washed with a light application of non-chlorine bleach when needed. Let it Drip-dry. Polyester can be ironed at low temperatures, but the package states not to, I would assume due to the sequins that make up the butterfly.
The cardboard box it came in was pretty simple. The front was dominated by the same picture shown on the product page. There was a small heart cutout in the lower right corner and a black fishnet patterned background. The company name, Leg Avenue, is in large print at the top and the product name is in small print at the bottom. Additionally it lists the style #, size, and weight recommendation (90-160 LBS) in the upper left corner. The rest of the box is two shades of striped pink. The back has a smaller picture similar to the first but with more background. The style, size, and weight recommendation is repeated again, and the material (100% Polyester) and washing directions (Hand Wash Cold, Only non-chlorine bleach when needed, drip dry, do not iron) are listed at the bottom. Additionally it lists Made in Taiwan, and the Leg Avenue address. The outfit was wrapped in plastic inside the box. While small, there was no way to mistake the box as anything but lingerie.
