Pour some sugar on me
The chemise in this set is a really solid item, made with good quality materials, in a shade you don't see everyday. Other than riding up a bit, it fit well and was flattering. The G-string was negligible, and unfortunately this set is only offered in two sizes.

Pros
Warm colour, quality construction, comfortable
Cons
Limited sizing, flimsy G-string
Upon first sight, I was a bit worried that with its brown colour and white lacing the Sweet Brown Sugar chemise might make me look like a football. Happily, that was not the case. This is a really nice piece of lingerie in a less-common but very warm, flattering colour.
The material is a soft nylon mesh, very similar to the Queen of the Nile babydoll that I reviewed. It's very comfortable and just the right amount stretchy. The lace on this piece is also elasticized, and quite soft. It's more of a cream white than a bright white, and looks nice with the milk chocolate colour of the body fabric. The part behind the ribbon lacing is the same nylon mesh (in the product photos it looks like it could be white cotton, glad it's not).
The chemise is well constructed: the top is bra-like with underwire, elastic around the back, and thick, comfortable shoulder straps. The fittings on the straps are clear plastic, which can break apart over time. I plan to replace mine with metal fittings when this happens, as I like the garment a lot and plan to keep it for years if it holds up otherwise. I'm wondering too if the underwire might be an issue over time - it angles in on the sides in a way that hasn't been uncomfortable so far, but I suspect would be if I was to wear the chemise for prolonged periods.
The ribbon at the front is laced through the trim and sewn in place at the top, under the bow. This works well as there is a bit of play in the lacing (it looks like it's really laced instead of sewn or glued on), but it doesn't matter if the bow comes undone, the ribbon won't fall out. It does mean that the front is not adjustable.
I was delighted with the fit of the chemise. It's always difficult to tell if something will fit when a range is given (this item says that the Medium fits a 6-10.) I'm 5'9" and would typically wear a 6 in tops (36A or B cup) and an 8 in bottoms, this chemise fit perfectly, snug and comfy, but not tight. It was a little shorter on the bottom than I would have liked, just barely covering my butt when standing, but riding up when I walked around. However, I think this is how chemises are meant to fit, and also the fact that I'm bigger in the hips probably caused the ride-up. Someone who's shorter with a straighter figure may not have this issue.
I was not so delighted with the G-string. It's very flimsy, with a panty that's technically "lined", but the lining is a miniscule triangle of cotton, about the size of a strawberry. With the solid construction of the chemise, the G-string was a bit of a surprise: it's like the designers finished the top and said "we've got an extra couple inches of fabric left over, what should we do with it?". The G-string is comfortable enough for a short period of wear (just putting on to be taken off), but that's it.
The sizing is important with this item because of its fairly form-fitting design. I would say the Medium would fit up to a size 8, with a C cup maximum. It's a shame that this is only available in Medium and Large, it would work great on very slim women (or men), and on larger frames as well. The only body shape that this might not work so well on is a very pronounced hourglass shape, since there is not much of a waist to it.
