Poorly packaged
If there are other sexy apron outfits out there, I would recommend them over this outfit; however, this outfit does look really sexy when worn... just removing packaging and the quality of the stitches really makes this outfit problematic.

Cons
Packaging was bad, damaged outfit removing
So I was super excited for this outfit. A common trope/gag in Japanese Anime/Manga is the "naked apron," usually in context to something one might do when married. I was really looking forward to an excuse to get my girlfriend to wear this and fulfill that trope in reality. We got a second one of these outfits, since there was the possibility that the packaging issues mentioned later were a one off; however, this was not the case but not caring about damaging the outfit was able to remedy the issues... so in the end got to see my girlfriend wearing the "naked apron" and it was quite enjoyable. In addition to the ease of access, while she was wearing the apron, it looked really sexy while she was wearing it.
Sadly, the outfit really fails in the way it was packaged. With the first one of these we were sent we could not find a way to get the plastic covering on the ribbon off without damaging the outfit, so she tried it clothed initially, and it was really uncomfortable with the plastic still on... suffice to say, she was not interested in trying it naked. When the plastic covering was still sewn on and on the replacement, I risked damaging it to rip the plastic off (as this appeared to be the only way to get it off). With only a few of the stitches broken but overall the outfit is still in good working order, I was able to get all the plastic off the ribbons.
As you can see in the following photos, there is a plastic sleeve over all of the red ribbon... This seems like a protective sleeve potentially for transport; however, it is sewn into the outfit with the same stitching that the ribbon was making it difficult just to cut the attachment. The stitching is only a single stitch for each attachment, so not very strong, which is why some of the stitches broke when I ripped the plastic off the replacement.
I am sorry I couldn't get a really good/focused image of the stitch in the photos above, but I wanted to try (and that was the best I could do with my camera phone). This protective packaging continues to the bow having a tissue paper backing, which is common for attaching such a piece to an outfit, but I've never seen it included with an outfit before. You can see this in the photos below.
All the fabric I could directly interact with appears to be nylon, so should be cleaned reasonably easily. It likely won't react well with oil/silicone-based lubricants and will likely stain if used with them. If you can't get the packaging plastic off... it may be difficult to wash; however, at the same time, the plastic might make it easier to clean... But it really takes away from the look of the outfit.
Compared to a traditional apron, the biggest benefit of this outfit is that it is so much skimpier... you would never want to cook in this apron as so much not covered that could likely lead to stains/burns.

Experience
So my girlfriend tried on the second outfit that I tore the plastic off of naked and indicated that the stitches against her bare skin were not enjoyable, but was okay for a short wear time.
