I got the white Opaque thigh high stockings to go with my Miss prep costume, and they worked perfectly for it. They are a nice, comfortable nylon and were a perfect length for what I wanted. They came up to about 3 inches under my skirt length which I loved. But, I am only 5' 2".. a little shorty.. so if you are taller, you may want to get different stockings! This particular set of stockings comes in 6 various colors so you can pretty much match them with any costume or lingerie.

If they don't have a garter hooked up, then I would not wear these long. It didn't take long for it to start hurting at the top and rolling down my leg. Also didn't lay nice and flat on my leg but instead gave the nice indented look. I have larger thighs so I don't see this as a size issue really. But it does kind of stink that it wasn't more comfortable for me to wear. I would have just kept them on.

I just tossed them in a gentle cycle in the washer and hung them to dry. That seemed to work fine. I actually don't wear stockings and pantyhose very often so I may be inexperienced to give a review, but I liked them okay. I have worn ones that were fitting and not so uncomfortable at the top.

They are simple but great looking and very affordable. Definitely worth the price tag. My husband absolutely loved them. I would buy them again and put up with them being tight on my leg, but it would be great if they were less painful after wearing them for a bit. I also definitely suggest garters with this item! Even being tight on top, they still rolled.

They have held strong so far; haven't run yet. But they are cheap anyways and if they did get a run, I would just get a new one. They are a great universal stocking for looks of different costumes.
