The design on the baby doll features a ruffle look on each breast and also on the bottom seam. It flows nicely and ties in the back, which helps make it fit most breast sizes. I am between an A and a B cup and all I had to do to make it hug my breasts, the way it should, was to tighten the strings just a bit.

As mentioned before, one of the materials is spandex while the other is nylon. I have only worn it once and have yet to wash it, but I always recommend hand washing lingerie.
