Only A Chemise If You're 4 Feet Tall
Oh, Baci. I knew from the fact that all your lingerie looked small on your tiny models that this likely wouldn't fit me. I still figured it might actually be a chemise. Instead I got a short cami. A cami that my breasts don't even remotely squeeze into and that no one above a size 2 or 4 will fit. The color is pretty and the design is cute but considering it's no more than a shirt that looks bad on me it's useless.

Pros
Pretty color, Pretty straps
Cons
Looks awful on large breasts, Will be tight on anyone above a size 2 or 4, NOT a chemise at all
Baci is a lingerie company that is new to Eden. They've been around however and have won XBIZ erotic Oscar awards two years in a row for Best Lingerie Company of the Year. I decided I would have to try something by Baci and decided upon this piece because I liked the pink color.
This is a one piece "chemise" and does not include a matching thong. It is not underwire.
PACKAGING
This piece comes in a small box. The front and back have a picture of a model wearing the piece. I'd like to call attention to the fact that on the front the piece looks like a chemise but on the back it looks like a cami. Only one of these photos is correct.
SIZING
This is a one size fits most piece. It does not come in a plus size option. I hunted down Baci's size chart which says this should fit sizes 2-14. Cup size should be a B or C measuring between 32"-38". Waist should be between 24"-32". Hips should measure between 34"-40".
My measurements are 28" at the waist and 39" at the hip. I wear a dress size 6. My cup size is a 34DD/36D.
The chemise is 18" long. Under the bust is 11.75". At the waist is 11". At the hip is 12.75". Under each cup is 5.5". The straps are adjustable. There is no underwire and the back is not adjustable.
So okay first thing this says it fits to size 14 but then says the max hip measurement is 40". I'm 1" below that and wear a size 6. I'm not sure where they figured these dress sizes but they are not accurate. Ignore them and go on the measurements.
Even at the measurements I am not at the max for this piece. It is somewhat tight on me especially in the hips. At the bust it's a total joke. My breasts don't even remotely fit the little cups. It literally doesn't even cover my nipples. I'm not buying that this would fit a C cup either.
The biggest issue is the length. This is called a chemise but it's not even remotely a chemise. It's a cami or a shirt but not a chemise. Remember that picture on the packaging? The front picture must be a totally different piece or the model must be like 4" tall because there's no way what I have fits like that otherwise. I'm 5'6", about average height, and this fits like a mid-length shirt on me.
MATERIAL
This piece is made of 90% polyester and 10% spandex. It is a see through mesh material. There is a small amount of stretch to the material. It feels softer than some mesh material to the touch but somehow itchier when on. It's not awful but it's not the most comfortable either. I wouldn't want to sleep in it.
DESIGN
The straps on this are really cute. They are pink with a purple ribbon intertwined in the middle. At the bottom of the straps are small purple bows. This same design lines the top of the cups. The side of the cups has plain purple lining. Under the pink and purple design of the cup is extra mesh material that's ruffled. From the cups down is plain pink mesh. A thin purple lining separates a small pink mesh ruffle at the bottom of the piece. The back is plain with just the purple lining at the top.
QUALITY
There are many loose threads all around the piece. Most of these are around seams but some are just in random places. The seams are done poorly and some look like they are coming apart already. The quality is not the worst ever but it doesn't seem like a piece that will last a very long time.
CARE
This should be hand washed in cold water. It should line dried and not placed in a drier. It should not be ironed or bleached.

Experience
Where to begin with this? I expected to get a chemise and got a shirt instead. When I put this on it comes to my hips which means it's not really suitable as stand alone lingerie. My husband looked like he was trying to control laughter when I showed this to him. Lovely.
Then there's the sizing. I assumed this would be a tight fit based on the fact that it looks like it barely fits the tiny Baci model. I was correct. My boobs literally bust from this cami/chemise/whatever. It clings to the rest of me in an uncomfortable way. It's not figure flattering at all.
The color is pretty and that's about all I can say that I like about this piece. Perhaps it would be good for someone sized 0-2 with a cup size of A-B looking for a see through cami.
Ready for some of the most unflattering pictures I've ever posted on Eden?
*BIG SIGH* Baci - I don't know what sized women you are looking at when you are designing these pieces, but perhaps you should expand the pool a bit?

Sorry it didn't work out! I've got small boobs, so maybe I could pull it off...though I do with it was longer!
