Oh La La!
This is a great little French maid costume. It is comfortable and sexy and will suit a lot of figures. The only drawback for me was that it was too short for my 5'8" body.

Pros
Cute, comfortable, holds up well to wear
Cons
Won't be long enough for taller people
The Maid for Fun costume from Espiral is a cute little French maid costume that is great for a costume party or a night in. If you get a feather duster to go along with it, it would make the perfect outfit for acting out a role play fantasy. It's fun to wear around the house while "cleaning" but it transitions well to the bedroom, and can easily be worn during sex. The set comes with a dress, a pair of white cuffs, and a headband to complete the outfit.
The wrist cuffs are white satin with a black button sewed on. They are held together by Velcro. These barely fit my wrists, and I think will be a bit snug on anyone who doesn't have a small frame. My wrists are 6.5" in circumference, so if your wrists are any larger around than that, the cuffs probably won't fit. There is also a little plastic headband with white lace on it which matches the outfit perfectly. The headband stays on pretty well, but for me it becomes uncomfortable after about 10 minutes and I usually take it off at that point because it does dig in a little bit.
The dress is very cute, but it is very short. I am 5'8 and when I first tried it on it didn't even begin to cover my butt, but I think it would work great for those who are 5'4" or shorter. It is 31" from top to bottom. It is low cut and laces up around the chest which is great for showing off cleavage, however it will not offer any support so you may want to wear a bra underneath it. There is white lace that lines all around the chest and down the center of the torso. There are little white flaps that mimic pockets towards the bottom of the dress that look very cute, but are not actually pockets. The dress is fitted through the torso and flares out around the bottom and is a little bit shorter in the back than it is in the front.
The dress is made of 97% nylon and 3% elastic. The material is pretty soft and pretty shiny as well. It doesn't wrinkle at all which is nice. It's a very comfortable material and isn't itchy at all. It is very stretchy and I think it could fit a lot of different body shapes. At the waist at its narrowest point it is 14" across when unstretched and about 19.5" across when fully stretched. At the chest it is 17" across unstretched and 23" when fully stretched. I usually wear a size 12 and I ordered an XL because I had heard that Espiral runs small. It fit me well and I think it probably would work well for someone who was a 14 and possibly a 16 if they didn't mind it being a bit tight. Even though it is very stretchy it seems to hold its shape well and hasn't stretched out any after several wears.
It is to be hand washed in cold water and should be hung up to dry. It will get ruined if you try to wash it in the washing machine or put it in the dryer. The outfit came in packaging that is similar to what you often see for Halloween costumes. The outfit comes in a clear plastic package that has a cardboard insert inside with a picture of a model wearing the outfit. The packaging is recyclable and probably isn't necessary to keep for storage.

Experience
The dress is actually pretty sturdy even though it is a thin material. I've worn it probably 7 or 8 times so far and it still looks just as nice as the first time. There hasn't been any fraying, or stretching of the material. It's a lot of fun to wear and I love how it's so comfortable and not at all itchy.
Follow-up commentary
3 months after original review
I still like this outfit a lot, but it is starting to show some wear. It still works well as a piece of lingerie, but some of the lace is staring to fray and I'm starting to see a few strings come loose. It's a cute piece, but for the price I was hoping it would last a bit longer without showing signs of wear.
