Oh, Jumbo Net Thigh Highs... Are You Trying To Make Me Angry?
These stockings are just sexy -- in theory. In reality, the construction on these is just terrible. The feet on these are not closed in, so your entire foot will likely slip through the jumbo net.... and the top? Well.. the top is bound to give just about anyone muffin-top!
If you can deal with these issues, these are okay for a pair of stockings for a night or two; just don't expect them to last long.

Pros
Good in theory, Stretchy
Cons
Foot slips right through the net, Thin band, Will rip easily
There are few things that I like better than a great pair of thigh highs. Unfortunately these are not a great pair of thigh highs. They do create a very striking look, but the quality is truly lacking... and the design? Flawed, to say the least.
The Basics:
Leg Avenue brings us the Jumbo Net Thigh High stockings. They are, as they appear, thigh high stockings, that look kind of like a huge net. Basically, these take the fishnet look to extremes.
The idea behind these stockings is good. In theory, the jumbo net provides a gorgeous look, and it would really look great with some fetish outfits. Unfortunately the reality of these stockings left me wondering who thought that this design was a good idea.
The Material:
These are made out of 95% Nylon and 5% Spandex.
The material is stretchy, but if you stretch it too much, it will rip. Unfortunately the material is just not very sturdy.
As for comfort? Well, they are fairly comfortable. It's almost wearing nothing at all, in fact, as there is so little material.
The Care:
To care for these, it's recommended that you hand wash them in warm water, and then hang them to dry. If you do need bleach them, the packaging recommends that you use only non-chlorine bleach.
Personally, I would stick to the care instructions outlined, as I feel that washing them in the washing machine (even on the delicate cycle) will cause them to tear.
The Sizing:
Leg Avenue has made these available in One Size Fits Most. The packaging offers little information about the sizing, stating only that OS should fit anyone between 90-160lbs. I have always felt that weight was a terrible way to size stockings.
I do feel that these stockings will fit a wide range of people, but those of you with thicker thighs/legs should be aware that the jumbo net pattern might give you all kinds of muffin tops.
Personally, I am 5'6", with around a 33" inseam. My thighs are about 26", at their thicket point. All in all, these stockings fit me okay. I am able to get these stockings to fit all the way up to right where my thigh meets my butt, so I feel that these would work great for taller girls. That being said, I am also able to adjust these so that they don't stretch up as high (without much effort, as well), so I can see these working for shorter girls, too.
These are probably better for girls with thinner thighs, as I did get the muffin top look at the very top of the stockings. That said, they still look great with dresses; they're just not anything that I want to wear with lingerie, as I prefer to avoid the muffin-top look in the bedroom.
The Design:
Okay, this is where these stockings are flawed.
The feet on these stockings is not closed in at all. In fact, the jumbo net pattern continues all the way down to the toe. This is a problem as my entire foot kind of slips right through the bottom of the stockings. The only way that I can prevent that from happening is by tucking the little pieces of let in between my toes, which isn't very comfortable.
The top of the product also is flawed, as it's just very thin. Don't get wrong, it stays up well enough on it's own, but it's so thin that it'll probably make just about everyone appear to have a muffin top going on.
The stockings also tend to get tangled VERY easily, which makes putting them on a bit of an effort.
The Quality:
The quality is not great.
The fabric looks as though it will tear extremely quickly; in fact I can already see places that look like they're ripping, and I haven't even worn these for very long.
All in all, I'm giving these a 2. The idea is great, but the construction of these is flawed.

Experience
Trying to get these stockings on takes a lot of effort. Honestly, I find myself getting angry as I try to put these on, especially as my feet keep slipping through the bottom.
Once they're on, they're okay... it's the getting them on bit that's the tough part.

Follow-up commentary

I just can't get myself to like these. I get all sorts of muffin top with these, and that's never a flattering feeling. That said, my boyfriend does say that he thinks these look good -- I just don't feel good in them. If you don't feel good in something, what's the point, right?
Also, I still find the feet on these annoying.

I think if I find a pair of solid colored stockings, these would look great over them.
