Not very flattering for curvy girls.
A great product by a great company, but not necessarily a great fit for all body styles. Made with beautiful spring colors, and fantastic materials. The Oceanside chemise has a lot of stretch, but may bring attention to some unwanted areas.

Pros
Beautiful color, fantastic quality materials
Cons
Not a great fit for curvy girls.
I was excited to receive the Oceanside Chemise by Coquette as an assignment. It was one of the spring Coquette releases that caught my eye the most (probably because of the bright color). It has a great design and a beautiful, rich color. The model in the pictures makes this look fantastic, but unfortunately, curvier girls with love handles and extra pounds in other places might not feel so sexy in this chemise.
Like all Croquette lingerie, it is made with high quality materials such as lace and microfiber.
The chemise has beautiful lace detailing on the bust, mid section and bottom, with a silky soft stretchy microfiber material in between. I was concerned the lacy portions might be scratchy/itchy, but found they are just as soft as the solid microfiber panels.

The lacy areas (including the bust) do not have any backing, so they are see through (your nipples will be visible). The bust is stretchy and has an under-wire, providing great support for breasts of any size. With easily adjustable shoulder straps, and 27" of length (bottom of adj. strap to bottom of nighty) this chemise can be worn by girls of just about any height.

90% nylon, and 10% Spandex, the care tag instructs to hand wash and line dry. I would strongly suggest following these care instructions, as the lace detailing probably would not hold up in the washing machine.
Aside from my extra curves, I found a medium to be a good fit for me. At 5'2" and 125 pounds, this chemise sits about midway down my thigh. If it sits lower than desired, the easily stretchy material allows it to be pulled up to the desired position, and it will stay in place. The open bottom allows for vaginal or anal access. The stretchy lace tops allows the for the breasts to be exposed if desired. The stretchy aspects of this chemise also make it very east to get into, and take off.
Since the microfiber doesn't seem to wrinkle very easily, being lightweight and taking up virtually no space, this would be extremely travel friendly. It would also be easily stored either in a drawer or on a hanger, although like other lingerie, this one does not include hanging straps, so you you will have to hang it by the shoulder straps.
The packaging is basic, folded and put in a plastic bag. Simple to open, but I wish it came with a nice hanger like some of the Coquette lingerie I have bought in the past.
All in all a nice piece, with great quality. But if you have any body insecurities, know this chemise will hug every curve and imperfection you may otherwise want to hide.
