Not too bad; better than average
These are a pretty nice pair of thigh highs. I have owned worse pairs, but I have also owned better. Overall, I am happy with these, though.

These are some pretty decent stockings. They cost a bit more than some of the other pairs available, but the material on these also feels a bit thicker, so you get what you pay for.
These stockings arrived in a cardboard half-sleeve wrapped in plastic. It is not designed for storage. It states that these stockings were made in China. It offers pictures for washing instructions which roughly translate into: hand wash and drip dry.
These stockings are made of a little bit wider net than traditional fishnets, so they reveal a lot of leg. Each net square measures roughly one-half inch across, ultimately depending on where it is on your leg. They are constructed of a fairly thick Nylon, although pulling them is still a concern. Unstretched, these stocking measure about 21 inches. They are stretchy and can be pulled up to around 30 inches in length. There is a band at the top made of opaque, double-layer nylon which holds the stockings up. It is about one inch thick. It is a little tight, and would probably be a bit uncomfortable on someone with thicker thighs. I would say that the most it could be stretched to would be 22 inches around. It has the tendency to roll down in the back a bit, but at this point, I just expect this from any stockings with stay-up tops. The toe of these stocking is semi-reinforced. The toe is made up of a smaller net, so you do not have to worry about your toes poking through. It would probably still be a good idea to cut your toenails before wearing them, though.
I noticed some pulls and loose ends on various parts of these stockings, which gives me some concerns about the longevity of these, but so far, they have held up nicely. They will work with garters, although depending on the clasp, you might have a little trouble getting the clasp to fit on the band.

Experience
The material of the stockings is not scratchy, but it does seem to pull easily, so you are going to want to be careful putting them on and taking them off. The material does not stay as stretched out as some of my other pairs do, so I think that these will last awhile. I would say that they are worth the investment.
Follow-up commentary

These have not stretched out nearly as much as I expected them to. They've held up really well. My only complaint is that they are a bit difficult to wear with garters, but you don't need them, so it's not really a problem, just a personal preference.
