Not So Sexy On My Thick Legs
The Sheer Front Jaquard Pantyhose by Baci have such a unique, wild design to them. It saddens me to say that the design just looks weird on my thick legs. The pantyhose fit me, but the design is so stretched that I feel it looks a bit odd. If I had thinner legs, I'd wear these every day!

Pros
stretchy, comfortable material, inexpensive, unique design.
Cons
design is not smooth looking when it is stretched, no larger sizes available.
The Sheer Front Jaquard Pantyhose by Baci are available in one-size-fits-most only. I wear a size XL and I have thicker legs/thighs but I’ve had good experiences with the Baci brand in the past. I loved the pantyhose design when I had first seen it. I just had to have them.
The pantyhose arrived in a thin, rectangular cardboard box. The front of the packaging states the company website and has a photo of a model wearing the pantyhose. The back of the packaging has a back view of the model wearing the pantyhose and states the product name, size, material composition, and care instructions. I don’t find the packaging to be ideal for storing the stockings. I prefer to keep my pantyhose in my sock drawer. The packaging can be recycled.
Inside of the box, the pantyhose are wrapped around a thin piece of cardboard and surrounded by plastic. The stockings are 100% nylon and very stretchy. I’ve taken measurements of the pantyhose laying flat. If you need additional measurements, please let me know and I can get them for you.
Waistband unstretched: 8 inches
Waistband stretched as much as I could: 25 ½ inches
Waistband length: 1 ½ inches
Pantyhose length unstretched: 43 inches
Pantyhose length stretched as much as I could: well over 60 inches (could only stretch my arms so far)
The waistband to the pantyhose is a double layer of material. The material of the pantyhose is rather thick except for the front where the design is. The designed area is thin and will snag much easier than the rest of the pantyhose. The designed area is sheer while the rest of the pantyhose is more opaque. The opaque-like area does become more sheer the more it needs to be stretched.
The pantyhose are fairly easy to put on because there is no netting or lined pattern to them. As you put the pantyhose on you will need to make sure the design sits where you would like it to on your legs but that’s it. There is no lining in the crotch of the panty and the toe area of the pantyhose is reinforced.
I’m 5’6 in height and the pantyhose fit me well in length. I was able to pull the pantyhose up to my ribs so a person who is a bit taller than me would fit the length as well. As I had mentioned, I have thick legs and thighs. I wear a size XL in clothing. I was able to fit into the pantyhose comfortably. The waistband is stretchy and I was able to wear the pantyhose without the waistband being uncomfortable.
The issue I had with my thicker legs in these pantyhose is that the design looks rather awkward on me. Since I really had to stretch the width, the design is stretched too. The wispy design also does not look smooth like in the stock photo when it is stretched. The wisps actually look a lot choppier. While the pantyhose fit fine, the design doesn’t really “fit” my legs. Of course, this is just my personal opinion. I feel that the design would look a lot better on thinner legs. Below you can see a couple of photos of me wearing the pantyhose. The first is a side view and the second is a front view.
The material to the pantyhose is comfortable and soft against the skin. I have no complaints of irritation while wearing these pantyhose. The packaging states that the pantyhose should be hand washed separately in cold water and line dried. The pantyhose should not be bleached.
I’ve deducted one star from the rating because I feel that the more design is stretched, the less attractive it appears to be. The design is really unique though, the pantyhose are comfortable and stretchy, and the price is excellent. It’s too bad they don’t offer these stockings in larger sizes. If they did, I’d totally get a pair so the design would nicer on me.
