Not quite a thong, not quite an awkward panty...
This blue and black pair of panties from Coquette is very cute and can accent a corset or bustier. However, they aren't the most practical pair of underwear and may not hold up to more than a few wears.

Pros
Pretty, unique design
Cons
Coverage in front is off for plus sizes, fragile
I'm reviewing the lace and lycra panty by Coquette. These panties are made of lace, spandex, and nylon. The front is a black and blue flower pattern, while the back is made up of lace. There are blue bows on the front of these panties, too.
These panties are part of Coquette's Victorian Dreams line. You can view the other pieces here- https://www.coquette.com/victorian-dreams
They arrived in a resealable plastic bag like this:
Front
Back
The panties had a tag on them that showed a photo of the products as well as some company information and how to wash these panties. You should hand wash these and line dry.
The underwear are sold by EF in two sizes. One size fits most and one size fits most queen size/plus. I'm a US size 16 and bought the plus sized option. The panties are 18 inches from one side to the other, unstretched. The front of these panties look like your average g-string, but in the back it's made like a lace tanga. This provides more coverage than a thong would, and is a pretty design in theory. However, one problem I do have with the very few g-string type panties I own is that the front 'pouch' area fits awkwardly. There's really no eloquent way to put this, but when I wear these, I sort of feel like my vulva's hanging out a bit. It's not an attractive look, but for a smaller woman these might be more flattering.
Because of that coverage problem, I wouldn't wear these everyday or under work clothes, but for the bedroom they can add a nice touch. There are several blue colored lingerie pieces that EF sells that these would accent nicely. The lace on these is very delicate and may not hold up to heavy use, but I would still recommend them if you find the look attractive.
