Not my favorite, but...
I'm giving this 4 stars because it's a great piece. Don't let my issues keep you from it, it's great!

Pros
comfortable, as pictured, price,
Cons
none that come to mind!
The options for free assignments last month were definitely lacking, (sorry, Eden!) so it took me FOREVER to find something even somewhat interesting to me. That being said, this chemise is definitely cuter in person than in the stock photos...but we'll get to that later on.
The first thing I said when I took this out of the packaging (which was just a plain old plastic baggie, by the way...nothing to 'write home about,' haha) was "there is NO WAY this is going to fit me."
I ended up eating those words, though, when I put this on and it actually fit very well.
I find Coquette's sizing to be a little strange. I have a dress with molded cups by them in a Medium, and it fits my chest perfectly. I have several bustiers by them in the same size, and feel like I should have gone with a small...so, for this piece, I chose the small, and I'm glad I did. I wear a 34D bra, and this looked like there was no way in hell my chest wouldn't be spilling out, yet somehow...maybe the way it's shaped, slightly bandeau-ish in the cups? it fit like a glove. I'm sure the Medium wouldn't have had me swimming in it, so if you're nervous or unsure about ordering a size down, don't.
Aside from the cups, the body fit very well. Comfortably loose, yet sexily tight. Rawr! It's not itchy at all, which is always a concern for me with sheer/mesh items.
Sadly, though, I don't really like the way this piece looks on me. I think it's the print of the body, maybe...not sure, but whatever it was, it just didn't feel flattering on my stomach. My stomach is pretty flat but this seemed to make it look...not? Haha. It's weird. I think if your tummy was bigger, this could cover it up. Maybe it's because it kind of covers mine that it made me feel like it looked bigger. The length matched the stock photos on me, and I'm 5'7." The only thing different from the photos pictured here are the stars. They're much more cute and metallic in the actual piece.
The quality of this piece is excellent. No rips, runs, tears, or loose threads anywhere. Like all Coquette items I've come across, the quality is truly superb. Yay!

Follow-up commentary

I say "I don't like it anymore," but honestly, it was just that I didn't find it aesthetically pleasing to begin with. There's nothing wrong with it, just not exactly my style/taste!

Thanks for sharing. It sounds so flattering! I didn't think it was very appealing in the product photos either, so it's good to hear it looks nicer in person. I have noticed the same issue with Coquette's sizing! I always get a small, and 8 times out of 10, it fits me beautifully, but then I'll get a small in certain pieces like my last dress from them and it's as big as a size large! I wish they'd stick with one sizing so we can know what to go for. These days I never know if I should order small or skip it all together due to them sometimes being made so large. I do love their styles though. This sounds flattering enough. I might end up getting it, but first I definitely want a couple of the lacy bustiers!
