Never Underestimate Simple
Although listed as a babydoll, the snug design of this lingerie is more accurately described as a chemise. The lace is both form-fitting and super soft, offering comfort that is certainly to help you feel sexier than something itchy. The raspberry red is simply gorgeous in person and the overall effect is a timeless -- and effortless -- femininity.

Pros
Soft, sewn well, adjustable straps, beautiful color, unique thong, stretchy
Cons
No underwire support
This chemise quickly became my new favorite piece of lingerie in all of thirty seconds. It's a simple design that doesn't try to reinvent the wheel. Packaging is simple to the point of being nonexistent. EF wraps it in some tissue paper and there's a single tag on the outfit. The included panties were wrapped around the straps but not tied.
The chemise is a dark raspberry red. It's definitely got some pink hues and it's gorgeous in person. It looks a little orangey on the models, in the publicity pictures, but it's definitely raspberry.
The chemise is made up of floral lace and fine mesh that are incredibly soft. I've had some itchy lingerie but this is silky, even before washing. I love it. However, it seems stronger than some lace I've experienced and retains shape well when I stretch it. Around the neckline, is a thicker, more pronounced lace. This lace seems slightly more delicate but it just as soft.
The cups are cut low in the middle and there's a single elastic strap -- about 1" in length -- that connects the cups. When you put on the chemise, it stretches slightly over your cleavage. There's a simialr design on the back. There's a V-cut down to the lower back, possibly further if you're shorter. The "V-Cut" is framed by the same thicker lace as the neckline. There are three sets of crisscrossing straps across the back. They become smaller as you move down the back, similar to a corset. However, it is only elastic and would be prettier if it were ribbon, perhaps.
Nevertheless, the elastic is all sewn in quite well. There's a lot of thread to secure it to the lace and it feels super secure. The same can be said for the seams and hems. The "Dreamgirl" tag is sewn into the vertical seam on one side of the chemise, rather than at the back because of the design with the elastic.
The shoulder straps are elastic and adjustable, like a bra. I found it easy enough to adjust with a single hand. However, the straps are quite narrow and don't feel quite as supportive as thicker ones.
The cups on the large size fit my C-cup breasts quite well. Because they're stretchy, there's a little leeway if you're larger or smaller. The elastic really looks good over the cleavage, too. However, the lack of underwire means a general lack of support.
Dreamgirl provides this in several sizes, not just "one size fits most" so it may be a better option for some bodies. This chemise is meant to be form fitting and I find it snug and stretchy in a flattering way, even though I'm usually uncomfortable because of how lingerie fits around my midsection. After adjusting the straps, this falls to just below my butt and mid-thigh in front.
The thong uses just elastic for the straps but rather than just a single triangle of material at the front, the lace runs all the way to the back of the waistband. The design is wider than the G-strings included with most lingerie, despite the waistband still being elastic. Because it uses the same lace/mesh, it's also stretchy. There is a tiny strip of cotton lining sewn in but it's thin enough to be translucent and not as functional as it could be. However, the look of the lace and the wider design makes this thong s little more attractive to me. Of course, it goes well with the chemise.

Sounds like this is a great find. Thanks for the review!

For the girlfriend I think!
-
does it look the same on women with smaller boobs?
-
It obviously looks different but because it's stretchy and the cups aren't really defined, I think it would look okay on a B-cup at least. The ribbon over the cleavage wouldn't be as dramatic, though.. But the sizing should help ensure an okay fit.
