I am going to start my review by letting you guys know that I do not generally fit lingerie. Most of the time it is too big for me, and I end up not being able to wear it. I took a chance on this peice thinking:
1. It comes in an XS
2. I fit into the measurements on the size chart
3.Other reviewers say Leg Avenue runs small.
I am glad I took a risk. Although in the end it still did not completely fit, I was still able to safety pin my way to a sexy outfit. Now for the details.
Sizing:
The size chart for XS is Bust:30-32 Waist: 21-23 Hips:32-34 Cup Size A. Unfortunately the XS in this costume does not fit those measurements. I know because I pulled out the tape measure!
On this costume in a XS it fits: Bust: 32-34 Waist: 23-26 Hips 33-35 Cup Size B or in other words, if your measurements match the small, this costume in an XS should fit you great!

The material for the costume is excellent quality, but unfortunately it is not strecthy. This means, if you order the skirt or shirt too small you are out of luck. There is some wiggle room in the waist however, because it has ribbon ties the pull the waist as tight as 21 inches or as loose as 27 inches. Just a word of advice, if you do pull it to 21 inches you will have over 2 feet of excess ribbon. The ribbon seems to be pre-cut for a 25 inch waist. I pulled mine to fit a 23 inch waist and cut off over 20 inches of ribbon. I used the extra ribbon to make ties for the pigtails in my hair.
The top is highly adjustable in the waist but there is no way to loosen or tighten in the bust. My bust is 30 inches at the fullest point. according to the size chart I should be able to fit an XS. WRONG!!! With the lacing at its tightest, I could still put a large grapefruit between myself and the shirt. Enter safety pins!

The stockings were a bit large also. I have a 30 in inseam and the stockings were 29 in (stretched 32 inches). I could pull them straight up to my butt with extra space in the toes. They were just BIG. Thankfully since they are opaque it gave the appearance of sock more than stockings, but it was just kind of weird for them to be so long. I needed to wear shoes with the stockings so that I could tuck the extra fabric under my toes.
The garters were adjustable. That was good since the stockings seemed to have a mind of their own.
Quality:
This costume is well made! The material is thick and the seams are strong. I felt comfortable washing it in the machine on cold water delicate. Hand washing is recommended, but it still came out looking brand new.
The garters are attached to the skirt and are easy to adjust. The stockings are thick, and did not snag on my long fingernails. I believe this costume will last a long time! That is a good thing since apparently the costume was discontinued a couple days after I purchased it.
It gets 4 stars because the size chart said it would fit me!!! LIARS!!!

Experience
Once I figured out a way to get the costume to fit, I absolutely loved it! The skirt is just the right length: SHORT. It does not come with panties, and I conveniently forgot to wear any for my guy. The top was girly but not too girly, and the lace up back added some neccessary sex appeal. I paired my outfit with a ruler for my 'teacher' to use. Naughty Ruler My guy loved it and I felt sexy in it!

My favorite little costume made it from the bedroom to the club! I wore my naughty outfit for Halloween with tiny shorts and a tight long sleeve shirt underneath! I added some glitter and a colorful wig and it was quite festive!
Although the shirt is still a bit big for me, I have found lots of uses for the skirt and stockings. The skirt can be paired with many different tops and still look sexy. The stockings still look good and stay up without garters after 5+ washings in the washing machine. (Hand washing is recommended.) I am super impressed that the bows are still attached.
I still recommend this outfit for anyone who is not shy about wearing a really short skirt and a lot of pink.

@Mistress Kay it fit well enough to do the job! Well, after I added the safety pin of course! My guy didnt even know it wasnt supposed to look like the 'after' picture... I might get it professionally tailored to add a button there.
