Pros
Sexy, some support, and nice material.
Cons
Won't fit all upper bodies right and Cape skirt.
What is it and how functional?
The red moonlight gown is a functional piece to wear to bed, but not something that you are going to want to wear anywhere else. This is due to the sheerness of the material and the split of the skirt which goes all the way up to the hips.
What is the material? And how do you care for it?
The material is 90% polyester and 10% Spandex. It has the appearance of Nylon, but is silky smooth to the touch. This material is not at all itchy, but if you were to press up against something you would have tiny circles or the floral pattern imprinted on your skin. There is a slight smell if you sniff it fresh out of the package, but it is the new clothing smell. This material is only recommended to be hand washed and line dried, but do not bleach or iron this either.
How is it designed?
There are 0.25ā wide straps with metal adjustors on them, which are similar to bra strap adjustors. These are attached to the peak of the triangle cups, which have a V neck. Under the cups is an elastic band that goes around the whole gown, which is suppose to act like a support system. These cups are floral patterned lace, which is continued down to the seam at the hips, but 0.5ā of it is not in the front, however this ½ā is broken up on each side of the floral lace. So what this means it that out of four parts two of them are floral lace and they are the two in the middle, so on the opposite sides are the tiny circle Nylon like pattern. This nylon looking material is connected to a seam on each side and then the back is the same nylon material. These all meet at the seam to bring together the top and the skirt. This is a gown so the skirt is long, however the skirt splits in the middle on the front from the seam that meets the top and skirt and Vās all the way down. It almost has a cape effect.
What about Sizing?
Size Chart
I went on a hunt and found one for you all.
I purchased the XL, which according to there size chart I fall in between the XL and 1x/2x, but lately I have found that the XL is my best size.
I am going to have to say that this time the is semi-accurate for this piece. It does fit me, but the issue I had was that the elastic band under the breast to the seam at the hips are not far enough apart.
Measurements of the gown just the front

What is Included?
It comes with a thong, which I almost forgot about.
The thong is your basic thong with the T back rather than the V back. It is just strings to floss with. The waist band is 16" not stretched, the thong front is 5.5" wide, and goes down 7.5". There is a tiny panty liner inside. It is the same material and should be cared for the same way.

Follow-up commentary
6 months after original review
I was never a fan of the skirt. It was annoying to me. However, I gift it out to someone else. And she enjoys the piece very much. As far as I know it holds up well to regular use.
