The Wet Look Crotchless Panty by Coquette is available in one-size-fits-most and XL. I had purchased the size XL. I purchased this panty because I have a lot of wet look items. Most of the items I have came with a plain, black g-string. I thought this panty would be nice to pair with a few of my outfits in the bedroom.

The panty arrived on a plastic hanger and surrounded by plastic. There was a cardboard tag attached to the panty stating the company name, company website, product name, colour, and size. There were also a few photos of a model wearing the underwear. You could use the plastic hanger to store the panty if you wanted, but I just keep the panty in my underwear drawer.



The underwear is 80% nylon and 20% spandex. The material is stretchy and does not become sheer the more it is stretched. The waistband and leg holes are elastic band so these areas are extra stretchy. Below are a few measurements of the panty that were taken with the panty laying flat, unstretched. If you need additional measurements, please let me know and I will get them for you.

Waistband unstretched: 16 ½ inches
Waistband stretched as much as I could: 30 inches
Length of panty (taken down side): 1 ½ inches
Length of slit at crotch: 6 inches

The tag in the panty lists the panty as OS/XL, which is different than the XL on Coquette’s sizing chart. You can see the size chart below. According to their sizing chart, the OS/XL is best suited for those between the weight of 170-200lbs and a hip measurement of between 42”-50”. I’m a smidge below the weight bracket and my hip measurement is 41 inches.



The panty is all black in colour and is bikini style so it covers the bum. There is a tiny black ribbon bow at the top centre of the panty. I think the bow is cute but you could easily remove it if you have a seam ripper. There is ruching down the centre back of the panty (where your bum crack is). The ruching is on elastic so the more you stretch this area, the less ruched it appears.

The crotchless slit begins 6 inches below the top front of the panty. The slit ends 8 ¼ inches below the top back of the panty. These measurements are while the panty is not stretched. Also, where the slit sits on your body depends on where you regularly wear your underwear (how high you wear them, etc).



My biggest fear when purchasing a new crotchless panty is that the slit is not going to sit where I want it. I’m a bit picky about the crotchless slit. Firstly, the slit needs to start way before my crotch hole. The last panty that I reviewed had the slit starting right at my crotch hole. I don’t like that, but I also don’t want it starting at the top of the panty. Secondly, I can’t stand when the slit goes all the way to the back of the panty up my bum crack. I don’t want bum crack-less panties. I’m very happy to say that this panty met my expectations. The slit sat where I needed it to be without going all the way up my bum.

My hip measurements are just 1 inch below the recommended measurement from the size chart and they fit me nicely. I didn’t have any muffin top. The entire panty fit me well. I have a larger bum and the back of the panty covered it very nicely. The sizing seems to be quite accurate.

I only wear crotchless panties in the bedroom but this panty is comfortable enough to be worn as an everyday style panty if you wanted to wear it this way. The care tag states that the panty should be hand washed only and hung to dry.

Overall, I’m very happy with the underwear! I really like the way they look and love that the slit sits exactly where I want it to be. The panty is very comfortable. I am going to get a lot of use out of the underwear in the bedroom because it works so well with a lot of my wet-look pieces of lingerie. I’d definitely recommend the panty to others!
