My Lovely Lumpy Legs
While I love the look of these stockings on the model and just sitting out of the packaging, I do not love the look and feel of these on my body. The elastic does not stay in place and rolls itself down my thigh. It also pushes all of the fat in my thighs up and out of the stocking, which is definitely not the sexy look I wanted.

Pros
cute, stretchy, comfortable fabric
Cons
elastic doesn't stay in place, gave my thighs muffin tops
When I saw these stockings, I felt they’d look awesome with some of my lingerie. Unfortunately, these are so uncomfortable that I can’t even stand to wear these for more than a couple of minutes at a time.
The rhinestone backseam stockings come packaged in a flat cardboard envelope that is wrapped with cellophane. The sizing information states one size fits most, with a guide of 90 to 160 pounds. The washing instructions provided state to hand wash in warm water and to drip dry. Following these instructions is important, as you may lose rhinestones or rip these if you wash them in the washer or throw them in the dryer. These are 100% nylon. When I removed these from the packaging, I had to gently pull them apart where the rhinestones are glued on, because the glue went right through to the other side of the stockings.
The work quality of these is very good. There are no loose threads or globs of glue. The material is all evenly put together. Both legs have 10 rhinestones going up the back, each of which is spaced about an inch and a half apart. The elastic band measures about 1 1/2 inches wide. The nylon is super stretchy and returns to its original shape after these have been taken off. Unlike some nylon stockings, which make my skin feel a little itchy just from having a clingy fabric against them, these feel comfortable against my skin. These also stretch up my leg pretty well. I am 5’8” with a size 10 women’s shoe and am able to stretch them all of the way up my leg. Unstretched, these measure 32 inches long. I am able to easily stretch them as long as my arm span.
Sadly, for everything I like about these stockings, there is something I absolutely hated about them. For starters, there are the elastic bands. As soon as I put one of these on, the elastic starts to roll down my leg again, no matter where I have the elastic laying. The elastic is also not stretchy enough to fit around my thigh and look good. My thigh measures 20 inches around where these should lay. When I pull them up my leg all of the way, they squeeze in my thigh so that it’s all lumpy and misshapen over the top of the elastic. With my hands, I can easily stretch these to 20 inches. That doesn’t count in less resistant fat, though. When I put these on with some lingerie and stood in front of the mirror, I just felt hideous and fat because of how these made my thighs look. Not exactly what I should be feeling when putting on new lingerie.
Usually when I buy things that size by weight, I have no problems whatsoever. I weigh 140 pounds, which is well within the range of 90 to 160 that these claim to fit. I’m not sure if weighing less or having a smaller thigh would make these fit any better. Garters would help hold the elastic up, though really, I bought these with elastic tops so I wouldn’t need to wear garters with them.
For storage, these can be kept in the original packaging or just be thrown into a sock drawer. I just stick mine in my sock drawer rolled up so that the rhinestones aren’t hanging out and have the potential to rip off. If a rhinestone does get ripped off and possibly gets lost, replacements can be bought at craft stores and can be glued on using eyelash glue or a small dab of craft glue.
Overall, I was not impressed with these. They look good out of the packaging and on the model, though just not on me. A version of these that does not have the elastic band, meaning they need garters to hold them up, would be nice. I suppose in the future, if I want cute stockings with rhinestones, I can just get a pair that fits well and glue some rhinestones on the back.

Follow-up commentary
4 months after original review
I found these buried in my drawer with some other lingerie pieces. I'm still pretty disappointed in these for not fitting me well at all. My thighs measure a little bit smaller than they did when I initially wrote this review, but these still don't even come close to fitting comfortably.

Thanks for the review, sorry you didn't like them.

Sorry these didn't work for you. My wife has problems with most of Leg Avenue "one size fits all" products. Thanks for the review!

My wife and I haven't had many problems with Leg Avenue. I think we will steer clear of this one! Thanks!!!!

They are so cute but a thigh muffin top sounds like a design fail. Maybe you can modify them to turn them into cute gloves/arm covers.

Thanks for the review, I find I have problems with the elastic on top of a lot of thigh highs, no matter what size they are. I am short and generally well within the weight range, but even when I buy queen size or xl's they give me the muffin top effect. Staying up does not require a lack of circulation people!

I won't be getting these, thanks for the review!
