My First Pasties Experience
I really enjoyed using these pasties, and my partner enjoyed it even more. They were a huge hit in our bedroom and now that I've figured out how to apply them properly, I'll be definitely getting more in the future.

Pros
cute, multi-purpose, inexpensive, 2 pairs included, comes with directions and nipple covers
Cons
a bit tricky to use for your first time
The Leopard Heart Pasties by Bristol 6 are available in “AB” and “BC”. I ordered the BC set because it came with mini stars. The AB set comes with mini hearts. After looking at the company’s website, it seems as though the letters symbolize size. Here is what I had found on sizing from the website:
Sizing:
• The A heart measures 2.25"×2"
• The B heart measures 2.75"×2.5"
• The C heart measures 3.5"×3"
I didn’t order the pasties based on size, since I wasn’t aware of this… I just thought that the stars were cute. The website suggests to reference to your cup size, and keep in mind your nipple size as well when determining which size would work best for you. I wear a C cup, and have average sized nipples, so the larger size worked well for me. I had measured the hearts, and they seem to be “B” hearts according to the measurements that I’ve taken from the website above. The mini star pasties are approximately 1 ¼ x 1 ¼ inches.
The pasties are packaged in a cardboard envelope styled package. The front of the envelope has the company name, product name, a photo of a model wearing the nippies, and there is a cut out covered in plastic to reveal the pasties inside. The back of the envelope shows different photos of models wearing the pasties, states the contents of the envelope, the company website, and a description of the product.
Once you open the envelope, you’ll see the directions stated on the inner lid of the package. Inside of the envelope is the 2 sets of nippies; a gold pair and a leopard print pair, 2 mini pasties; a gold star and a leopard print star, 4 nipple covers, and a directions booklet. The direction booklet is in English, and also has the directions listed in 5 other languages.
This was my first time using pasties that laid flat against my chest. The only other “pasties” I had used prior to these were the pointy ones- huge difference. I really appreciate the fact that the company added in-depth directions with the product because I’m the type of person to need them.
Before I summarize the directions, it’s important to note that the pasties should not be used on sensitive skin, open cuts, skin disorders, sunburns, or if you have skin depigmentation. The reason why the company includes the mini pasties is so that you can do a patch test before wearing the larger nippies. The company suggests that you use a mini pasty on your torso/chest area for 6 hours to ensure you do not have any reaction to the adhesive. If you’ve already used these pasties before and know that they are okay for your skin, you could use the smaller ones however you’d like.
Once you’ve made sure you do not have any reactions to the product, it’s time to use the larger nippies. Before application, clean and dry the area you will be applying them to. Take the pasty, and peel the bottom half of the liner off. Place a nipple pad on the centre of your nipple. Apply the lower half of the pasty to your breast, and continue applying while lifting your breast up slightly for a bit of lift.
The pasty is like a big fabric sticker. The pasty can be stretched, but be sure not to stretch the material so much that you distort the shape of the heart. The directions say that you can wear the pasty for 6-8 hours. Also, the pasties are waterproof, so you can go swimming, take a shower, or sweat really intensely and the pasties should stay on.
To remove the pasties, treat them like a band-aid. Don’t rip it off. Start at one corner, and slowly peel the pasty back.
As for my experience, well, it was a pretty good one overall. I did however; make the mistake of applying the pasty too quickly, and then I tried to remove it and reapply it. The website states that the pasties can be reused. They say that you are to hold the pasty on the desired area and that the heat from your hand will reactive the adhesive… this was not the case for me. While half the pasty did reapply, the other half just sort of drooped off my boob. I’ve read some reviews on pasties that mention that eyelash glue, or pasty glue is something you can use to reapply pasties. Unfortunately though, I don’t have either of those items on hand.

Experience
...continued
The one pasty that I applied correctly the first time did stay on for the 4 or so hours that I had it on for. It stayed on perfectly, so I do think that the pasties could have lasted the full 8 hours on my skin like they claim.
The nipple covers that you use to cover your nipple before applying the pasty were fantastic. They are circular, with a diameter of 1 ¼ inches. They were really soft and protected my nipple from the adhesive and potential pain I could have felt when I removed them. Surprisingly, the pasties were extremely easy to remove, and were not painful at all. I was expecting to have to tug at them, but they came off very nicely. I also didn’t notice any residue left on my skin from the adhesive.
My partner really liked these pasties on me (I wore the leopard ones). He wants me to get more pasties because he loves the look of them. I like wearing the pasties as a lingerie piece, but you can wear these under clothing, at the beach, wherever! One thing to note though is that the fabric of the pasty is really thin, so it’s not going to completely hide your nipple through a thin shirt if it is erect.
I’ve decided to give the pasties a 5 out of 5 because they’re cute, comfortable, comes with 2 pairs, comes with a direction manual, and are good quality. I’ll definitely be purchasing more in the future.

Follow-up commentary
12 months after original review
I still love these pasties and am sad to see they've been discontinued! I've tried a few different pasties since these and Bristol 6 is still my favourite. The only thing I think they could improve on is to include pasty glue so they could be worn a few times.
