Lovin' My Pasties!
This is my second set of pasties and I am very pleased with them. I enjoy the pasties for bedroom use, but there are several other ways to use these pasties! They're inexpensive and come in a few different colours for your choosing. I'm definitely purchasing another pair with my next order!
Published:
Pros
inexpensive, multi-purpose, cute, comfortable, comes with directions and nipple covers
Cons
does not completely hide your nipples through thin shirts when they are erect
I had ordered the Crème Heart Pasties at the same time I had ordered the Leopard Heart Pasties. Bristols 6 makes the pasties. They come in two different “sizes”: AB and BC. At the time of my purchase, I didn’t know that the lettering meant different sizes. I thought that the shades were just lighter in the BC set. I preferred the darker colour, so I ordered AB.
The sizing chart on the company’s website lists the following measurements for sizing:
• The A heart measures 2.25"×2"
• The B heart measures 2.75"×2.5"
• The C heart measures 3.5"×3"
The hearts that I received in this set, according to the chart above, are size B. The interesting thing about this is that when I had purchased the leopard set in size “BC”, they too were size B (according to the measurements above). So from this, I assume that regardless of if you choose AB, or BC, you’re going to receive pasties that measure 2 ¾ inches by 2 ½ inches. So instead of focusing on size, I’d suggest focusing on the difference in colour between the two “sizes”.
The pasties are available in the colours champagne, caramel, black, and white. In the set, you receive 2 pairs of pasties; one solid pair, and one lace pair.
The pasties are packaged in a thin cardboard package that resembles an envelope. One side of the packaging has a clear plastic window so that you can see the pasties through the package. The other side has a photo of a model wearing the pasties.
Inside of the packaging, you’ll find the 2 pairs of pasties, a directions booklet, 2 mini pasties, and 4 nipple covers. The directions are extremely helpful. The booklet is printed in English, and 5 other languages. If you’ve never used pasties before, you’ll appreciate the in-depth explanation that they provide. I like to keep the cardboard envelope to store all of the contents in it.
The two mini pasties that I had received are approximately 1inch by 1inch and a little. One of the mini pasties is solid, while the other is lace. These pasties are included so that you can do a patch test on your skin to ensure you do not have any reactions to the adhesive. If you’ve never used these pasties before, you can apply one of the mini pasties to your chest or torso area, leave it for 6 hours, and then look for any reaction/irritation to the skin. If you already know the pasties work well for you, you could use the minis for extra decoration on your body.
The instruction booklet states that the pasties should not be used on sensitive skin, open cuts, skin disorders, sun burns, or if you have skin depigmentation.
When you are ready to use the pasties, it’s fairly simple. The first thing you need to do is clean and dry the area of the skin which you’ll be applying the pasties to. If it’s your first time using pasties, I suggest reading over the directions before applying them. The pasties are basically like big fabric stickers. In a nutshell, you take a nipple cover, place it over the centre of your nipple, and then apply the pasties from the bottom up. Be sure to take your time when applying them because once it is on, you really don’t want to try and take it off to reapply. I did this with the leopard pasties and they did not completely stick back on. The website says that they can be reapplied by placing your hand on top of them which reactivates the adhesive, but that was not the case for me at all.
The nipple covers are circular, and measure 1 ¼ inches in diameter. They are really soft and feel nice against the skin. The pasties are quite comfortable as well. When wearing them, it doesn’t feel like I am wearing anything at all (on my chest). If you plan on wearing them in the bedroom, be aware that the white, circular nipple cover can be seen through the lace pasties.

Experience
...continued
The pasties can be worn as lingerie in the bedroom, to the beach, under a shirt, etc. I like the pasties for the bedroom, and so does my partner. If you plan on wearing the pasties instead of a bra (under a shirt), you should know that the pasties are very thin. If your nipples are erect, they may show through a thin shirt, even with the pasties on. When I had thrown a shirt overtop of them, I was able to see the outline of my nipples. While it does cover them a bit, they don’t completely disappear. The pasties should be worn for no longer than 6-8 hours at a time. You could reuse the pasties if you have eyelash glue or pastie glue. I don’t have either of those items right now so I can’t verify how well it would work, but I’ve read other reviews that suggest this.
When you’re ready to take the pasties off, treat them like a band-aid. Don’t rip them off. Instead, peel them slowly. When I had taken the pasties off, I did not find it to be painful in the slightest. It did not hurt, and I didn’t notice any residue from the pasties left on my chest.
I’m happy with these pasties, and really do not have any complaints about them. I probably should have gotten the white or black colour though because I use the pasties for the bedroom, and the tan colours don’t stand out as much as I’d like them to. I plan on purchasing the black ones next!

Follow-up commentary
4 days after original review
I had decided to jump in the shower with the lace nippies on to see how well they stayed on in water (since the website claims they are waterproof). Surprisingly, the pasties stayed on extremely well! They were slightly lifting at the top, but I believe that is because of the water pressure hitting them in that area. If you go swimming, or sweat up a storm, these pasties should stay on perfectly. I was really impressed!
