These came packaged in a plastic sleeve, with a tag attached to the panties. When I ordered these I ordered a size large - I am typically a size large in panties and pretty much any other sort of clothing. However, when these were delivered, I was confused when I looked at the care tag on the inside of them and saw XL.

I looked at the tag clipped on to the panties, and it also said XL. Then I even I double-checked my receipt, and I had ordered the large, just as I knew I would have. I became worried, since anytime I get anything in an XL it tends to be loose. However, I was very pleasantly surprised when I put these on. This is why I would recommend ordering a size up, since I don't think any other size in these would have fit me so perfectly. I gather that they must run a size smaller than whatever size you typically wear, so go with that. I never wear an XL in panties, but these are great - easily the best fitting panties I've ever gotten on EF and I could not be happier with the fit...and I never really like bikini-cut panties!

These are about 14.5" across, when laid flat, unstretched. They have a good amount of stretch to them, since they comfortably fit my 38" hips very nicely. There are 4 garters sewn on to the panties, and the clips on them are clear plastic. I was confused when I saw the product images for these at first, because I wasn't sure if this was a garter belt and panties, or if I was stitched together to look like two matching things. I would love it if this were a two-piece set, but it is all sewn together in one piece. These panties are made to look like there is a matching garter belt being worn underneath the panties. It is a shame though, that the garters are not adjustable. The garters don't really have any length to them at all, and are just garter clips attached very closely, on a very short (less than 1/2") ribbon that comes off the edge of the panty. There are two clips in the front, two in the back. There is a hook and eye closure on the back - part of the garter belt look, but it doesn't really need to be used at all, even though it is technically functional. Adjusting the hook and eye closure - though there are 3 rows, like with a bra - doesn't really seem to make a huge difference in the fit.

There isn't an obvious crotch liner in these, but there is one there. I think the liner could be a bit longer, but it's fine. The liner is just a 3" long piece of the same black fabric that the rest of the panty is made with. The black fabric is thin and almost satiny feeling. These are 89% polyester and 11% spandex. It would be nice if these were cotton, but they don't seem to make the wearer sweat any more or less. The red lace heart in the front is about 4" wide, and it is pretty much see-through, though there is some backing (interfacing) behind that makes it seemingly sturdier, but it isn't really visible underneath.

I never get bikini-cut underwear, they never really look that flattering, and they aren't as comfortable as other styles. Personally, I don't think the fit of these could be much more beautifully fitting on me! They fit my body perfectly, and are so completely flattering! These are an exception to typical bikini-style underwear.
