This wet look set from Escante includes a top with detachable garters, a thong, and stockings. I ordered size large.



The top has 11 clasps at the front with wet look material on the cups and around the waist. The clasps can be opened.



At the back side there's a round metal ring and adjustable straps are connected to it. I use the straps at their shortest. The thong is also made out the same wet look fabric.



The set is shipped on a hanger with a plastic bag over it.

I'm over the suggested sizing in everything except the waist. I wouldn't suggest Large for anyone with a bigger chest than mine. There is some overflowing action happening easily with my boobs with this top, so order up if you have a bigger chest.



The hip part is good for me, but the waist feels somewhat loose on me. The honeycomb material isn't very sturdy. In fact, the waist feels a little too large because it's stretchy.



The material “scrunches” and folds up in the front when I bend, which is not a pleasant feeling and doesn't look nice. The top is very comfortable to wear.

The thong is a pretty accurate fit for me, but the sides do cut into the skin. Not stretched, the thong measures 14 inches across at the waist and stretches to approximately 22 inches. The triangle is six inches at the widest part. There is no cotton liner in the thong.



The garters are removable and can be adjusted between 4-8 inches.
The top of the stockings are very tight and fit me terribly. They rolled down and cut into the thigh resulting in a horrible and uncomfortable muffin top effect. They come around to my mid-thigh. I'm 5´4, so someone taller than me will have issues with the length since they're not that stretchy. There is no silicone band around the top, so these need to be used with the garters. They look to me to be around 20 denier, and only the toe part is reinforced.

Material
I have noticed from other reviews and the product pictures, that there seems to be two types of honeycomb material used by Escante. The other reviewers have received the type that looks much sturdier.

Mine has these round balls which are connected with finer threads. These threads are already falling apart on the back side, and I've only worn this set once.







The material seems super fragile and I'm not impressed. It seems like the honeycomb material is the weakest part of this top. I'm not sure if Escante has recently changed the material or what, but they should have stayed with the other type. Other parts of the top seem well made.

I also noticed that the there's two types of honeycomb material on my top. In the front, on the right, I have the stretched looking material with bigger balls. On the left it has the same material on the middle panel, but also the fabric with the smaller dots on the side panel. So the top has two different looking fabrics on the front. The back side is made out of the material with the smaller balls. Since I've only worn this top once it can't be my body stretching it unevenly







The wet look is more of a “sheen” and looks shinier in the product pictures.





Care
According to the tag, the top is 100% Polyester (94% Nylon 6% Elastane). This should be hand washed in cold water and line dried. It can be ironed on low temperature. I would not put this top, or the stockings, in the washing machine since the material is fragile.

The only issue I really have with this set is with the material used on the waist part. I would have preferred to get the other honeycomb type material for this top. It looks like it offers more support to the tummy area and over all just looks more durable. The fact that this is already falling apart in three or four spots is not a good sign. I think I'm going to save this for special occasions. I would rate this set at three stars, and I'm feeling generous. If the top starts to fall apart on the front, it's just going to look ugly and become unusable since there really isn't a way to fix the holes.
