Long Thong and Beautiful B-cup Bra (S)
The Garter Thong and B-cup Bra set is a beautiful product for those who know and like what they're getting with it. If you have a small band size and B cup breasts, the bra will be your new sexy best friend. If you like higher waisted garter belts with attached thongs, you might also have luck with the bottom half. For the price, it's certainly worth a second look.

Great craftsmanship, nice materials, supportive bra
Cons
Thong has a very high rise, garter belt runs small
Packaging
Over the years, I've grown familiar with and fond of EdenFantasys' pink paper wrapping. This time around, however, I was pleasantly surprised with Cottelli's own packaging. That's right - no pink paper. The bra and garter thong came nestled behind a product picture in a rectangular plastic package. The photo features an attractive blonde model tastefully showcasing the lingerie.
Bra: Material, Design, & Craftsmanship
The bra is made of 70% polyester, 20% polyamid, and 10% spandex. The spandex is most noticeable in the band and straps, though there is a tiny amount of stretch to the cups as well. The bra's exterior is much more glossy than the product picture suggests. I'd go as far as to say that this should be classified as a "wet look" item, though it's not quite as wet looking at the Wet Look Booty Shorts. The inside of the bra is lined with a softer spongy material. It almost reminds me of a memory foam mattress. The cups are connected by a section of dainty yet nondescript lace, and have rigid underwire in place.
As far as design goes, there are a couple of areas worth noting. The border of the bra - barring the tops of the cups - is sewn with neat looking zig-zag stitching. Along with being secure, the zig-zag gives the bra a kind of ruched look when it's not stretched out. There is a seam running down the center of each cup which can be seen both on the outside and inside of the bra. Finally, there are three tiny black bows on the front of the bra. These are found between the cups and at the start of each bra strap. They definitely soften the overall look without an overwhelming amount of femininity. The bra has a three rows of two hook-and-eye closures, and the attached straps are fully adjustable.
The craftsmanship of this item is absolutely stunning. There really isn't a thread out of place, and I can't imagine there will be any issues with its integrity in the near future. Even the lace is sturdy as it is layered with a piece of mesh fabric.
Gater thong: Material, Design, & Craftsmanship
It may seem like I'm repeating myself, and that's because I am. The garter thong is also made of 70% polyester, 20% polyamid, and 10% spandex. Both the thong itself and the lace garter portion stretch a considerable amount. Much like the bra, the thong is made of a wet looking material. There is no lining save for a cotton-like crotch liner. In the garter area, you can definitely see the pretty floral lace that was featured in the bra.
Now, for the design. I want to take a moment to highlight the term "garter thong." That is, the thong is attached to the garter belt. I originally thought there was a comma missing from the product's title, so I was expecting to get a thong and garter belt. I hope to correct anyone who has made that same mistake. Moving on, the wet look and lace bits are securely stitched together in the garter thong. No fancy zig-zags here, though. There are four little black bows at the top of each attached garter, and the thong and belt are all bordered in a strip of elastic. I'm pleased to say that this piece is just as well crafted as its breast-hugging counterpart.
Basic Sizing Information
Cottelli's size chart is done in centimeters. I've gone ahead and converted their size small to inches.
Waist: 65-73 centimeters OR 25.59-28.75 inches
Hips: 92-98 centimeters OR 36.22-38.58 inches
Bust: 82-89 centimeters OR 32.28-35.04 inches
My measurements are as follows:
Waist: 25 inches
Hips: 35.5 inches around fullest part
Bust: 32 inches around fullest part
Cup size: Full B
As you can see, I fall just shy of each converted measurement from the size chart.
Detailed Measurements
I've taken some measurements of things I like to know before purchasing lingerie. If there's any other measurement you'd like to see, please let me know!
Cup width: 7"
End of cup to end of cup: 12"
Straps (shortest): 9"
Straps (longest): 16"
Across front of garter belt (unstretched): 12.5"
Across front of garter belt (stretched): 19.5"
Thong length (front to back): 18"
Garters (shortest): 4"
Garters (longest): 9.5"
Bra: Fit
To recap, I have a 32" bust and a full B cup. Cottelli recommends the size small B-cup bra to those with a 32.28-35.08" bust measurement. My breasts, including the dreaded armpit boob, are perfectly contained within the cups. Those with smaller breasts will probably have a bit of a gap between their chest and the bra, and those with larger breasts might experience boob spillage. I am able to wear it comfortably on the loosest hook-and-eye.

Experience
Bra: Fit (continued)
The other two tighter settings feel too tight right now, but will come in handy once the bra starts to stretch due to wear. Those with small band sizes (28" or 30") can rejoice here, because I believe this bra will adequately fit those sizes. Tightening the straps does give a decent amount of extra lift.
When I first put on the bra, the underwire does feel slightly too constrictive. If you're bothered by it, I think it would be relatively easy to remove. I do not plan on doing so since I enjoy the support and get used to the sturdy underwire after a minute or two. The material is very soft against the skin and does not cause any irritation. While I do not get any substantial cleavage from the bra, I do get wonderful lift and support.
Garter thong: Fit
If my positive attitude has been wearing on you, you'll enjoy this section. Remember the strange "thong length" measurement I posted? It was 18" inches, ladies and gentleman, which makes for one incredibly long piece of underwear. When I pull the garter thong up high enough so there is no thong bunching, it comes 6" up my front to say "hello" to my navel. It also extends 2.5" above my tailbone. The thong's front is also narrow enough to where you can see the folds between by thighs and mons pubis. I don't feel at all sexy in this kind of rise, but it does hold some disturbing form of 80s nostalgia for me.
To continue, let us return to 2012 and the present. At its intended rise, the garterbelt sits above my hipbones. On me, this area measures 30" around. The elastic does not cut into me at all. However, if I move the belt down to where I would normally wear it (33" around), it does cut in to the hardly lovable love handles. It seems that the recommended 36.22-38.58" hip measurement was quite generous, and that those with 36" or smaller hips would have the best luck with the belt's circumference.
It begrudges me to say this, but if you can get the underwear to flatter you, the garter thong really isn't so bad. When you pull the back garters down to attach to stockings, you only pull the lace down. That is, you don't pull the entire belt down your butt. The thong does tend to bunch if you pull too much, though. Some careful adjusting can create a lovely garter and stocking combination.
Final Thoughts
I'm torn about this set. On one hand, I'm deeply in love with bra. It is supportive and really does fit small girls with B-cup breasts. Not only that, but it also looks incredibly sexy and just slightly girly. On the other hand, I am not a fan of the garter thong's rise or its fit around where I'd like it to rest. However, I believe the garter thong was made to sit higher up and can't really fault it for my own personal preference. Therefore, I've given the set four stars with one taken away for the awkward thong.

I wish it would've been a better fit for ya. My underwear have to be super low rise or it appears as high rise or saggy in the crotch because I'm so short Guess I should definitely pass on this. It looked so nice though.
Ms. N: The wet look was definitely a surprise! It's nice to hear that Cottelli's other products are also constructed well. I'm definitely interested in the brand now!
